op de kamer werkte de verduistering niet, waarschijnlijk vanwege de kou. Personeel, de receptie, heeft niet eens de moeite genomen om daar naar te kijken. Aangegeven dat ik daar niet gelukkig mee was en alleen maar "Tut mir leit" vind ik wat karig. De volgende ochtend waren ook nog problemen met het betalen met mijn creditcard. Een storing zorgde ervoor dat ik op een andere wijze diende te betalen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, im Hotel sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter Leider ist das Freibad nicht beheizt und im Hallenbad finden teilweise Kurse statt und es ist dann gesperrt.
