Guter Service vor Anreise. Wir hatten vier Zimmer in unterschiedlicher Belegung gebucht. Dazu wurden Detailwünsche vorher erfragt. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig irreführend und nicht gut beschildert.

Parkplätze, wenn man sie findet, ergiebiges Frühstücksbuffet Die Anschrift ist irreführend, auf der Strasse "Am Spieker" kann man weder Parken, noch anhalten und selbst wenden wird mit einer großen Limousiene schwierig, man hat keine Chance das Hotel zu finden. Man muss zurück über Marktstrasse, Bahnhofstrasse und in die Strasse "Schulzen Hof" dort ist aber keine Beschriftung auf Zugang/Zufahrt zum Hotel oder auf Parkplatz, das ist echt nervig, wenn man es nicht weiß.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Wahl des Bodenbelages im Zimmer und fortführend im gesamten Untergeschoß nicht gut. Sehr dunkel - Helligkeit in der Farbwahl des Teppichs würde die ge- samte Einrichtung sehr aufwerten.
