Really good location, close to the main station, and good price.

Personal is the kindnest which i've met. we stayed in 4-room apartament and it's really nice.

Greatest location - 15 minutes walk from the Central Railway station, 20 minutes walk from the city centre in a pretty calm district close to a big food store.

This is the best value for money hotel in Dusseldorf, this includes the breakfast.

Street parking nearby is difficult.

Location and comfort for good price, nice staff, excellent breakfast

Even if you're supposed to check in before 11 PM, there's someone available at night (we had to call while roaming though, because we didn't know that we would be arriving so late. I guess we were lucky!). Good enough breakfast. Not too far from the AltStadt (but not too close), and you can walk to/from the train station since it's 5 or 10 minutes away. Internet signal arrived even to the last floor (room 64) which also happened to have a nice view.

Bad TV signal made it almost unbearable/impossible to watch TV. Slightly smelly bathroom. The guy who opened the door for us at midnight gave us the wrong information about the prices, telling us that the price we got on Booking.com didn't include the breakfast (but it did, as confirmed by the owner the next morning). Funny small elevator that started on the 1st floor and ended somewhere between the 4th and the 5th (if you're on the last floor you have to use the stairs anyway).

I stayed there twice before, but in large rooms with 3 beds. This time we were only 2 and booked a room with double bed. Our room was very small. The bed was placed on the wall, so it was for me hard to get up. No nightstand (there was no place for it). No safety box. No sound proof. Our neighbor was drunk and very loud, I woke up at 5 a.m. because of the singing neighbor and could not sleep until 7 a.m. It was terrible, that there was no sound proof.

You must walk 1 1/2 flights up with your luggage for the lift. The parking sitaution is complicated at the hotel.

No Electric point to plugg a mobile phone in it near my bed.

Easy access to city. Tram close by. Staff helpful.

Location itself. Many dodgy people around, I parked my car just on a regular place the other side of the street, next morning I found the side window broken and my navigatoion system stolen.DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THE AREA!

Very friendly staff. For 15 euro you can park your car two doors further. Rooms looked good and very clean. Breakfast good value for your money. All in all very good value for your money.

They only had one garage key. So you cannot go in and out without asking for the key.

Easy parking in a secure garage a few doors away, for €15.

Location. 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes walk from Altstadt. Breakfast was good.

Very helpfull crew, very nice room for 4 to 6 people on the top floor. Wifi works everywhere.
