Prezzo troppo elevato anche se il mio soggiorno era concomitante per la fiera Medica

Colazione indegna di tale nome, letto scomodo

mancanza di ascensore ( no lift) con scala ripida, stretta e rampe a chiocciola.difficolta per clienti avanti con gli anni a salire e scendere i bagagli.

Excellent locationm, as I was going to the Dusseldorf Messe, very nice surroundings, calm. Excellent reception and sympathy from the staff.I will go back.

Nice service, nice restaurant Heideröschen. Good location for an overnight stay and then early flight from Duessoldorf airport.

No lift, room in the 2nd floor and a large trolley to carry:_)

Friendly greeting by smart staff, who spoke very good English and nothing was too much touble. Room clean, warm and compact. Two restaurants on site. Handy for the airport without being too expensive. Good plentiful breakfast supplied with lots of choice for anyone.

No coffee/tea making facilities in room.

Very poor hotel. To high price for the hotell is a 2 star at maximum. Only good item is the position near to airport, but only by car. I don think it worth staing there,

very small room, very small TV - and it is not as close to the airport as described - it would be good to get more information f. ex. about public transport to reach the place instead of having to pay a pricy taxi. Should be at least 10 Euro cheaper!

I liked the price and location to the airport. The room was clean.

They turned of the heat to my room. I only had one blanket and I froze. I woke up at 1am in the morning and both the heater in the bathroom and the guestroom were not working. The hotel room was very cold. This is my only complaint.

Very comfortable 2 night stay. Booked for proximity to airport. Easy to take tram to city centre, about a 10 minute slow walk to tram stop. Very nice breakfast too with wide choice and the adjacent Chinese restaurant is recommended for their evening buffet. Also given a welcome drinks voucher for the other adjoining restaurant where I had a free beer and again the staff were magnificent!

Staff was extremely accommodating, and very nice. Very good breakfast. If you like to stay in a neighborhood type setting then this is perfect.

Very small bathrooms. No where around to eat or sight see, you must take train to down town Dusseldorf. No english channels on the tv.

The friendlieness of the staff,free Wifi and beeing close to the Airport.

No Elevator if you have a room in the 2nd or 3rd floor and you have a lot of bags not good :-( The food in the german Restaurant was O.K. but very expensive. No other Restaurants or Shops are close by so get something to drink for your room before you leave the airport or trainstation!
