Hotel Favor  

Breakfast was very good, hotel employees very helpful when asking for advise about Dussledorf. Rooms very high standard.

We arrived in dussledorf at 9am and we asked if we could have our room earlier than 3pm. We felt the hotel did not try to accomodate this request at all. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Only one english chanel on TV.

The hotel is very nice, big new rooms, very nice location. The staff is very welcoming and nice and we enjoyed a big tasty breakfast.

The Hotel is in a construction area. All the road around the hotel are either blocked or no longer there, so getting there with the GPS is a bit tricky but possible. There are extensive digging in-front of the hotel, but as long as you wake up before 09:00 you are ok.

Location is excellent. The room was very clean. All is new and fresh. A very attentive man at the reception.

room is very spacious. huge TV. located in the middle of the shopping area. new hotel that only been open about a year ago.

harder to reach. constructions if front of the hotel room from early morning (as like 5 am), we could not sleep. a bit pricey.

New and neat hotel, the staff was very friendly, expecially lady in the breakfast room and on the whole the breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortalbe, we really enjoy to spend our short holiday in this hotel. Location is superp in the middle of two main shopping street.

Lovely small hotel with excellent location right in the heart of city. Beautiful rooms and premises with a hint of luxury, but very relaxed and easy-going at the same time. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

The staff was really nice, but perhaps they could pay a little bit more attention to giving recommendations re. restaurants etc. In bigger hotels of this standard you often get really nice local tips from the concierge.

The location and the behavior of the Personnel was excellent.

Perfect location, very stylish yet cozy hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the room had all the comforts we needed.

Typical German bed: 2 quilts, 2 matresses pushed together.

The design, the bed, the view to the square, the front-desk people. All in all a super positive experience. And close to the tram, so very easy to get to/from Esprit Halle.

The internet service was too dificult to log on to - needed 4-5 attempts each time. Different log-in for each device (pc, mobile..)

- The location is perfect, it takes a couple of minutes to go to the old town and to the shops area. - The hotel was constructed recently, so everything in it is new. - Breakfast was good and not expensive. - It was very quiet, though some construction works were performed not far from the hotel. - Wi-fi was fast and free.

The hotel is beautiful, this was my second visit and can't wait to return, decor is very modern and beautiful soothing colors, staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room are very helpful and friendly, a gem of a hotel!

The hotel is new, and very well located in Schadowplatz and so close to both the Ko and Schadowstrasse shopping areas. Dusseldorf is undergoing a major transformation and there is a substantial amount of construction work in the area at present. This wasn't a problem and in due course it will be fabulous. Breakfast is excellent. Bathroom was lovely, well designed. Good value for money. I will be back.

No BBC World on the TV (or at least I couldn't find it). There wasn't a choice of small/cheap eating places in the immediate vicinity - there was a coffee/panini bar opposite and another bar in the Schadowarcades.

Lovely room, heavenly shower, good location and superb breakfast.

Reception staff would not book a taxi for us as "it only took two minutes" we asked again but she would not do this. Consequently, when the cab took nearly ten minutes we missed our train and the next was two hours later. We were also asked to bring our plates down from our following a snack the previous night, normally it would be removed during the cleaning. Staff felt inexperienced. The final two issues left a poor memory of our very rare night away together. Not even an apology was given for us missing the train

Great hotel, great trained staff, comfortable design of the hotel, cozy rooms, and of course the location, the center of the city.

The room was superb: comfortable bed, great lighting, fabulous, modern bathroom facilities with a huge bath. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of healthy options, and the staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, polite and courteous. We look forward to staying with you again!

Very Modern using latest tech i.e.; wireless door cards. Internet was fast and reliable. Room and Bathroom were finished to a high standard and very clean.
