Beautiful hotel and location on a park

The hotel & it's setting were beautiful. No LCD screen tv but otherwise faultless. The breakfast was really good with homemade muesli & a chef on duty. Nothing was too much for the staff

It's location out if town but its only a 10 min taxi ride & with 2 parks nearby if the weather was better a wonderful oasis. Would have loved a coffee machine in bedroom

Excellent friendly service

No wifi available other than in reception but this was also expensive. Most good hotels now offer free wifi to guests so this would put me off staying again.

Very nice and well run hotel. Efficient and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast if you order room service for just five euro. Not essential to book parkings as is fairly easy to park outside for free

Though common in Germany it's a pity you have to pay for wifi albeit only five euro for 24 hours. Rooms are comfortable but would benefit from updating.

Friendly staff, efficient. Clean rooms, quiet, hotel design and interior design well doen and inviting

Wellness center closed without prior notice. CD-player in room not working, old cathode tv. Room 360 with a view on close public sanitation building "Pissoir", so one would hardly ever feel encouraged to use the balcony. One meal heavily salted.

Swimming pool is fantastic! Breakfast is very good.

The food, the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Everything excellent!

there was no Air -con in our room!

We loved the location, as the hotel is right beside a local park and was very easy to find. The Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and despite my very poor German their English was superb!

We couldn't fault this hotel, well done!!!!

Fantastic hotel and the location is middle of volks and rose gardens the view to river and garden it.s very nice the way to city center from hotel is easy by walking inside garden rose *the river right the hotel left* and go straight to under ground crossing cars mainz wonderful area

Too far from any activity - but beautiful property. Also food was not great.

Amazing hotel for relaxing time in Mainz.Beer garden with a little playground for kids,great views (park and river) from the hotel suite and short walk thru the park to the centre of the town.Huge park with water play area for kids and a small train + big climbing frames for kids just 200 meters behind the hotel. Very helpful staff,nice breakfasts and comfortable beds with nice pillows + air-con made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely coming back.

nettes Personal, 1a Frühstück, tolle Lage im Park und direkt am Rhein

Zimmer etwas muffig und renovierungsbedürftig

Over het algemeen goede indruk. Personeel was behulpzaam, ontbijt was goed, kamer was ruim en schoon.

Zeer kleine TV in de kamer en slechts een beperkt aantal zenders.
