This family-run apartment house in Binz offers large apartments with private terraces. It is a 10-minute walk from Binz’s beach and pier, and just 300 metres from the Schmachter See Lake. Sehr gute Lage, nah zum Rasenden Roland und zur Fußgängerzone. Wir haben das Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes stehen lassen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die kleine Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Leider waren die Betten für uns etwas unbequem.

Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen, zu Hause aufgrund der unheimlich netten Mitarbeiter (familiengeführt). Die Lage war perfekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum kleinbahnhof (Rasender Roland) und zum Schmachter See. aber auch zum Strand war es nicht weit! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Für uns lag das Haus ideal, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber sehr gut zu erreichen die kleine Bahnstation und der Bäderbus der dort hält.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung. Das Haus und die Anlagen drum herum werden von der Eigentümerin liebevoll gepflegt und sind stets tiptop gewesen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Das Zentrum mit der Fußgängerzone und der Seebrücke bzw. Strand sind ohne probleme in 10min fußläufig zu erreichen. Den Bahnnhof des "Rasenden Rolands" erreicht man binnen 2-3min fußläufig, er liegt quasi "um die Kurve rum". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit einem Aldi-Nord in 150m Entfernung sind vorhanden. Trotzdem, dass die Fenster des Wohnzimmers/Wintergartens zur Hauptstraße hin gehen, haben wir wunderbar in dem nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmern geschlafen. Einziges Manko für mich (männlicher Part) war die zu weichen Matratzen.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Mooi appartement van alle luxe voorzien. Heerlijke bedden en gunstige ligging.Jammer dat er geen nederlandse t.v. zender te ontvangen is.Verder een echte aanrader.

Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Es gab für die Kinder ein Trampolin, was diese sehr erfreute.Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich.Die Besitzer des Hauses Lydia empfingen uns sehr freundlich.

De gastvrouw informeerde steeds of alles naar wens was. Ze bekommerde zich echt om je. Vloerverwarming in badkamer en keuken. Extra leuk is de erker. Je zit er heerlijk: veel licht en lekker opgewarmd door de zon. Je kunt lekker buiten zitten in de tuin. Er is heel veel tuinuitrusting. Parkeerplaats aanwezig.

Netter Empfang, gut ausgestattete Küche , farblich und harmonisch gut abgestimmte Ausstattung, kostenloser Pkw-Stellplatz. Etwas weiche Betten und der Spiegel hängt ungünstig- wäre im Flur zur linken Seite besser aufgehoben.
