The owner of the B&B are very nice, friendly and helpful. The situation of the B&B is quite ideal to visit the bavarian castles while sleeping in a very quite and authentic place.

Staff friendly, helpful, apt average too a bit small but very clean, most comfortable bed over 3 weeks of travel, good location for southern Bavarian and castle touring, located in small village 2 km from Fussen

We stayed 6 people in the 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has good beds. The second bedroom is long and narrow with sloped ceiling. The convertable sofa in the dining room is only good for an overnight sleep.

There is a construction site just opposite the place. Wi-Fi didn't work.

Great place in a great area. This lovely hotel lies on top of a hill just in front of a beautiful lake from which is visible the famous castle of Neuschwenstein. It's a silent and pleasant area and if you are lucky to get a sunset, you can also get a lovely panoramic view from the balcony and you can even have a walk along the lake which is just 10 minutes distant by walk. Staff extremely kind, room little but comfortable and lovely. Would I come back to this hotel? Absolutely yes! I hope to do it in the future, I really enjoyed this area...extremely romantic and pleasant for photographers enthusiasts thanks to the lake with all its reflection effects, the panoramic view and the well known Neuschwenstein castle

Keep in mind that you need a car to get here. Moreover, the only real negative thing has been the overbooking problem. It looked like they missed the third room, even though they immediately took us with their car to a near hotel with a bigger and better room without any extra cost. So afterall it hasn't been a problem.

Wi-fi didn`t work

Everything was perfect! We arrived 3 hours late and the staff waited for us and were super friendly, they even try to contact Uss, to know if everything was ok with us. We got a nice apartment, full equiped, everything super clean and organized. We had beautiful view to the lake. I recommend to this place, I will definitely come back.

Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.

Was set in the beautiful countryside, just outside of Fussen.

The apartment is very nice, clean and has a lot of space. I was there with my wife and three children and we were very satisfied. Kids even took pictures of the apartment.

Checkout at 10am felt a little rushed. Bed was pretty hard.

Very good location, friendly staff. We had the room that slept 6 people, very clean and excellent location.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all kitchen appliances. This place was the only place that accepted a credit card during my trip to Germany. The location, Hopfen am See is beautiful when you have a car, we didn't, cancelled our car the day before, due to snow and we felt stranded. We had to take a Taxi everywhere because it was on a weekend that we were there and the bus ran only every couple of hours.

We had a taxi take us to the Landhaus. I had to walk around looking for the landlord at night in the snow. Once I found the house the family lived in a young man accompanied me to the apartment. His German was not good. He and a German speaking man worked at the Landhaus, they were friendly. Both looked disheveled working in the breakfast room. Hair a mess wearing Tshirts, on doing laundry while managing the breakfast meal. The first day we were there, they never talked to us and both men stood around. No one asked us anything or for that matter barely said "Guten Morgen". I am fluent in German and English so not speaking the language is seldom a problem. We weren't really sure if they brought coffee to table or help ourselves. I'd have to say I would not stay at this establishment again.

The rooms are really nice and they are very well equipped and confortable. It's suggested also for family with young childrens.

The hotel is based in a beautiful village over looking fantastic scenery with the Neuschwanstein castle in the distance. This was all visible from our balconey.The hotel is also very nicely finished inside and out. The quality of the fixtures was very good. We were made very welcome even though we were late and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was also excellent.

Being a light sleeper, better blackout on the windows would be good. Nothing else though.

Room was not for 4 persons. Room not clean, untidy. The price was to high for such room. The owners were not very friendly.
