Located on a traditional farm in the Baden-Württemberg Black Forest, this apartment offers homegrown food, a petting zoo with live animals, and terrace with barbecue facilities. Guests are welcome to order bread rolls as well as products from the Gerda’s own farm. Surrounded by woodlands and fields, Ferienhof Gerda offers country-style apartments with fine wooden panelling. All feature a satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. Guests can visit the petting zoo, which includes guinea pigs, sheep, goats, cats and dogs. Shetland ponies and horses are also on site. In good weather, visitors can relax on the covered terrace with garden furniture. The Ferienhof is the ideal starting point for daytrips in the Schwarzwald countryside. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and cycling. Very pleasant stay with children of 7 years and 1 year. Children can really enjoy the pets and toys here. The location is very beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very friendly. Will recommend anyone with family looking for relaxed atmosphere.

This beautiful ranch is off the beaten path, but only a little more than a ten minute drive to Triberg, and 5 minutes to a little town that has a grocery store, cafe, bank, and bakery. The rooms are just like small apartments with kitchen, stove, sink and all. My 3-year old got to ride one of the horses for a small fee and pet the sheep, goats, dogs and cats. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley with a natural spring. Great for taking walks or riding bikes in the open fields or in the woods.

Appartamento ben arredato e ben fornito, pulito e spazioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e padroni simpatici. Un po' difficile da trovare, la prima volta.

The owners were extremely nice people - very friendly & welcoming to us, The TV was a bit of a pain to use & it's a pity we couldn't get more English speaking channels! Then on the last day it didn't work at all!

Vermieter freundlich Preis / Leistung ok Schöne Gegend Ferienhof hat viele Tiere (Pferde, Schafe, Ziegen,...) - kein Wasserkocher vorhanden - Warmes Wasser war durch einen Defekt in der zentralen Warmwasser-bereitung braun gefärbt. (Wahrschein- lich Rost). Dies wurde vom Vermieter vergessen zu sagen, wofür er sich aber entschuldigt hat - sehr schlechter Internetempfang bei Nutzung eines Websticks (Handy möglich)

sehr dunkles Appartement, konnte auch tagsüber nur mit Licht bewohnt werden, manche Türen und eine Dusche nur etwa 170 cm hoch; hauseigener Hund war aggressiv gegenüber unserem Hund
