Frendly staff, good breakfast

I stayed in the family room at first floor. Room is big but moquette is clean from dust but full of patches which give an appearance of dirt. Windows frame are very old and worn, like tends, bathroom is very little and all the sanitary are very old and some of them broken and very worn. I do not know if also the other rooms are in the same status, but room I was at the end appears....disagreeable.

La camera si trovava al quarto piano e purtroppo l'ascensore parte solo dal secondo piando, dovendo quindi fare due piani di scale a piedi (scomodo per portate le valigie!). L'hotel si trova a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fussen, comunque raggiungibile tramite una tranquilla passeggiata nel verde.L'hotel di sera non ha aperto un bar o simile per la clientela.

Location is lovely and quiet, it's actually in Faulenbach. A separate area with a nice parc and public pool, a beautiful 10 minutes walk along the Lech river to the centre. Free parking. Room was clean. The elevator on the second floor, but personnel helped me to carry the luggage to the elevator.

Single room is somewhat outdated, at the side of the hotel so my view was on a wall and walking path along, so eveyone could look into my room, although I was on the fifth floor. Balcony was right next to the neighbours who left their door open and tv on. There is a sauna and swimming pool, however, sauna is a luggage room and swimming pool empty. So I don't understand how a hotel is allowed to mention on the booking site that there is one. After 9 P.M. the small lounge was closed; personnel didn't want to open it, because she was going in half an hour, so I had to go to my room. Then it's more a bed and breakfast.Early night though. Healthy

No coffee or tea making facility in the room. Lack of communal area inside as an area with settees we're locked. No food available in the evening as advertised Lift was available but only after climbing 50 steps This dose not help when you have cases to get to your room Therefore the lift from the 2nd floor!. Does not lend itself to the mature guest.

There were limited options in Breakfast..!!! pls hav some more options or atleast improve the quality of breads you are serving.

Clean and tidy room helpful and friendly staff(hotel owner) Good breakfast. Beautiful scenery and peaceful.

The water heating in one of our room is disorder The water from the shower is too hot.

Nice, spacious room for family of four. Breakfast nicely presented. Great hot chocolate, flavored honeys and jams. Good assortment.

Little out of the way from town. It's ok if you have a car but walking is problematic.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

Das man die Nutzung vom Internet zusätzlich bezahlen muß

ruime kamer en een redelijk aanbod om onze auto ( ruime week) tegen betaling op het terrein te laten staan.

gedateerd hotel, de lift begint pas op de 1 ste verdieping en je wordt niet geholpen met je koffer

Atención personalizada,gente amable.Servicios e instalaciones en perfecto estado. Muy bien ubicado a pesar de no estar en el centro.

Podrían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación.El WiFi debería ser gratis

这家酒店非常的棒，在一个好像度假村的里面，四面都是森林，就像住在一个大氧吧里，太美了！我一定会再去的- ！

设施有一点陈旧，不过不影响整体！

Allereerst de rustige ligging en het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Verder het erg vriendelijke personeel.

Inrichting misschien iets te ouderwets, maar dat had ook wel weer zijn charme.

Mi è piaciuto tutto e mi sono congratulato in fase di commiato con il personale.

Grande chambre mais vieux style. Déçue de la propreté. Je ne suis pas dédaigneuse mais c'était limite acceptable. Déjeuner correct. Désolée mais je n'y retournerai pas.

Tapis taché à plusieurs endroits, quelques cheveux sur l'oreiller, siège de toilette pas lavé.

Chambre exiguë Il faut monter 2 étages pour avoir accès à l'ascenseur

All'ingresso dell'hotel, in giardino, c'e addirittura una roulotte abitata probabilmente dal vecchio proprietario. Struttura fatiscente, colazione mediocre. Da consigliare al Vostro peggior nemico!!!!

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

We hebben het hotel gebruikt als tussenstop bij onze doorreis naar Italië. Het was voor ons enigszins teleurstellend dat we 's avonds niet konden eten in het hotel en op zoek moesten naar een etablissement.
