Very nice location Friendly and helpful stuff
Room was facing neighboring building instead of the mountains or the town. The building and facilities are really old, which can be either positive or negative depending on what you are looking for.
enough space to reast
Everything! Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient! Rooms were large with balcony.
super personel & very comfortable room
The location was great, waking and seeing the balcony view was great, quiet surroundings, few min walk to the centre and few min walk to lovely lakeside restaurant. Room was big, nice balcony
The breakfast was fairly plain, could have added some eggs at least. No bar to speak of, would have been nice to sit outside and have a local beer and enjoy the view. The pillows were not good. Other than that no issues. TV was tiny and far away from the bed (we never turned it on as we would have needed binoculars).
Super cute, nice location near the waterfall and hiking trails, comfortable bed, very nice owners
A bit pricey (though cheaper than most other places in the area), and you had to pay extra for the wifi
The hotel was family run, and so was very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is just opposite a pine forest and close by are some beautiful lakes, which was great for hiking and fresh water swimming! The breakfasts were great, with traditional German breads and cold meats. The hotel has a lot of character and history, and is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the main centre. Overall, a beautiful hotel, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Fuessen!
quality of facilities
The hotel is run by a friendly family who are working together to give the best possible service. The receptionist, Ursula was exceptional doing all she could to help us and make our stay a positive experience. She works extremely hard and is a very special person. She went way beyond the call of duty to help us and was polite and pleasant and gracious. The rooms were comfortable and clean and excellent value for money. The breakfast was delicious and was greatly appreciated.I like the location of the hotel which is 10 minutes walk from the town centre and near a river and meadows and with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Peaceful location, very good breakfast, hotel parking, good value.
The personal was great, even with our limited german they were eager to help and provide us recomendations on where to go and eat.
Do not expect a new hotel, the furniture is old but confortable
The lady at the desk was very helpful. We had forgotten our camera battery charger in the previous hotel. She called them and had them hold it for us so we could retrieve it the next day. The view from our room was great.
This is an older hotel, so the carpet is showing it's age. But everything is clean and we enjoyed it.
wifi not free!
Lovely views from the room, very quiet but then we think we were one of only 3 couples staying that night.
The most expensive hotel of nearly 10 on our trip through Germany and we were charged extra for WiFi!
Beautiful view from our window. The mattress was excellent, nice staff.
The Russian blokes banging doors and carrying on, it made it hard to sleep.
very good breakfast! Nice staffs!Since we arrived late at 9PM, they leave the key and detailed instruction in the front desk, very sweet.
