Far away from center

The apartment itself was gorgeous on the inside, the outside looked kinda gettoish. Very clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. (Five minutes from attractions.)

First of all, I was not told either by Booking.com or by anybody that I was going to be charged 35.00 euros for cleaning!!!!! Up front, the guy told me I had to pay and I should have been notified, well, I didn't, and I booked for one night, I think this is outrageous!!! Second of all, it has no lobby, and is very hard to find, it's in a shopping center, we almost left, we asked around and no one knew this apartment existed, until we finally saw the word "Gollas" in a label of a buzz to a building! After we buzzed, a guy came down and let us in, he hardly spoke any English. He led us to the apartment, mind you, his wife was doing laundry in the washing machine! Which I did not mind that much, ( she wasn't there, just the clothes), but it was the 35.00 euro charge for cleaning that really upset me, because nobody should have to pay this amount for staying only one night!!!! I would not recommend this apartment, also, we had to schedule a specific time to check out, I mean, there is no front desk! The guy has to come to the apartment to check you out. Also, the internet was 3.00 Euros and it was not wireless, he gave us a broadband that never worked, and also he charged us 20.00 deposit for it, which he gave us back. This place is not convenient if you like to check in and check out whenever you want, and watch out for that cleaning fee!!! Never again.

Der Vermieter Gollas hat vor Ort bei der Anreise nocheinmal zusätzlich die Sevicegebühr in Höhe von 35.--€ verlangt. Obwohl diese schon im Vertragspreis als inclusiv gekannzeichnet war. ASch nach intensiever Diskussion war der Vermieter nicht bereit auf diesen vertraglich nicht verteinbarten Betrag zu verzichtern. Zudem war bei Buchung das Aptmt. Als Wohnung mit getrennten Wohnraum U. Schlafraum beschrieben. Tatsächlich vor Ort war es dann ein kombinierter Wohn U. Schlafraum. Auch dies entsprach also nicht der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistung.

Nette Vermieter, Sauberkeit, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

High Speed Wlan wäre toll!

Op de website staat dat het appartement uit een separaat woon- en slaapgedeelte bestaat en dat is niet het geval. Dat vonden wij enorm tegenvallen. Het is eigenlijk een studio dan en de beschrijving klopt niet.

Very friendly and very clean, comfortable room.

No curtains in room only nets. Wifi was with mobile stick only which we couldn't use on our iPad. The language barrier was a tad difficult as our German was limited as was the ladies English but she was very nice and we got there in the end. We weren't aware of the cleaning fee until we arrived.

Kalte Zimmer, nüchtene Einrichtung und ein absolut nervendes Dauergeblässe

De ligging was praktisch, niet ver van de snelweg, voldoende parkeerruimte. Groot winkelcentrum vlakbij.

Er stond geen gemakkelijke stoel in de kamer, alleen maar bureau/eetkamerstoelen. Het matras van het bed was prima maar het hoofdkussen was veel te slap.

It is near to the tram stop. It's comfortable. The apartament overall was clean and big enough!

Not very clean sheets , but after a complaining the landlady changed them. No shampoo and no body soap , we had to ask for that!

Sehr komfortabel eingerichtetes Apartment. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super Lage in ruhiger Gegend. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Bahn-Haltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür. Parkplatz. Sehr geräumiges Appartement.

Hochwertig, aber eher ungemütlich eingerichtet. Entgegen der Angabe bei booking.com konnten wir NICHT kostenlos über WLAN verfügen. Es wurde uns lediglich für erhebliche Zusatzkosten ein Internet-Zugang nur über einen Stick angeboten.
