Wintersportfaciliteiten zeer dichtbij, skischool/skiverhuur/pistes. Het was erg rustig (einden wintersportseizoen) op de pistes. Voor de beginnende skiër prettig. De après-ski mogelijkheden, maar kan zijn dat we dat met de tijd te maken had (einden van het seizoen). De verschillende pistes lagen nogal uiteen waardoor we ook regelmatig gelopen hebben met skies. Of het was voor ons niet duidelijk genoeg aangegeven hoe van piste naar piste te komen.

Keurig verzorgd en ruim appartement. Alleen naast het appartement last van lawaaiige buren (ski school ernaast, die 's morgens vroeg al met onderhoud begon, en 's avonds laat (tot na middernacht) luidruchtige gasten van de ski school.

Eigenaar erg vriendelijk, fijne tuin. Het huisje is incl. Handdoeken en beddengoed. Mooie ligging tegen de skipiste. Het kleinste appartement is boven en heeft geen balkon of direct toegang naar buiten daarvoor moet je de trap af. Het grotere appartement heeft een tuindeur en wel direct toegang tot de tuin die dus gedeeld is.

Het huis is netjes en schoon. Van alle gemakken voorzien. In Duitsland is het meestal wel oke. Minpuntje is het delen van de tuin. Bijv als je wilt bbq-en. Maar als je goed met elkaar kunt opschieten mag dit geen probleem zijn. het is toegestaan een hond mee te nemen indien deze is aangelijnd. Dit omdat je de tuin moet delen(i.v.m. kinderen) dit is voor het hondje niet al te prettig maar je betaald er wel voor.
