Een prima appartement, ruim, netjes. Aparte opgang naar de woning, woonkamer, grote leefkeuken (inclusief vaatwasser), twee slaapkamers en douche met toilet, klein balkon/terrasje. Mogelijkheid voor kinderen om gebruik te maken van de achterliggende tuin. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst. Bakker met verse broodjes dichtbij, elke dag open. Aan het appartement is niets tegengevallen. In de omgeving was het rustig, vanwege de periode van het jaar. In de zomer zal het beduidend drukker zijn in deze omgeving.
