Ruhe, Größe und geschmackvolle sowie zweckmäßige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Gute aber gleichzeitig zurückhaltende Betreuung. Es wird ein Fahrradverleih angeboten, weil das Gebiet (Lieper Winkel) angeblich ein Fahradwandergebiet sein soll. Die Fahrradwege sind aber versandet oder so wenig gepflegt, dass ein Mountainbike erforderlich ist.
