The 3-room apartment was perfect. 2 kids in one bedroom, parents in the other with a nice bathroom and family room. Kitchen was small but suitable for all cooking needs. Kitchen didn't have a microwave but landlord provided one upon request. Our apt had been recently remodeled and was very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Landlord very friendly. We'd definitely book again. |

Were offered the house instead of appartment as had workmen in. Heating not working day 2 but fixed within 2 hours |

Very good location - 5min walk to the lift, very close to downtown,supermarket close, very nice view from the windows on the peaks of the mountains, sunny terrace with table and chairs, large apartman, comfortable almost like at home, fresh bakery every morning, beautiful nature around, very nice town Just missing the microwave, but there was a washing machine which was a plus. There could be some little playground for little kids in the garden. It is necessary to buy the basic things like a soap,plastic bags for rubbish, another toilet paper etc.which we expected to be there, but maybe it is just a habbit from the hotel accommodation. |

It was very clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and new bathrooms. Nice yard with patio. Would not accept VAT (free 20% tax form) although many other hotels in the area do so. |

The location was excellent - we hardly needed to use our car. It's a 5 minute walk from the Hausberg Lodge (and train to Alpspitz/Zugspitz). Mountain views from both balconies were exceptional! The landlord (Mrs. Sailer) was extremely accommodating - drove us to the restaurant when we got a flat tire and didn't demand payment for the room until we were able to exchange money. There is no telephone, so we had to use a pay-phone around the corner. There was only one television channel in English; though we hardly watched t.v. anyway. |

It was a wonderful place. The owners were pleasant. The house was clean and in great condition. 10 beds were available - great value for the price. |

Very friendly and helpful. Loved the large windows and balconies with beautiful view. The apartment was very spacious and location quiet. Bathroom looked new and was very clean. Carpets and upholstery of living room furniture rather worn and looked a bit grungy. |

Excellent acorss the board. Fabulous picture-window view of mountains from living room. Location was within walking distance of everything we needed. Warm and helpful hosts. Wish it had a microwave. |

We were on the main floor which makes it easier to carry luggage. The rooms were very big - 2 bedrooms, the WC and shower were in different rooms, a full kitchen, and a big living room with patio access to the yard. And to top it all off, the owner was very friendly, and she spoke good English. I will recommend this Apartment/Hotel to all of my friends and co-workers. |

The apartment was really nice and clean with lots of room for the whole family. It was a great home base. It looks like a small apartment complex and the sign actually says Sailer or Sailor on it. The address is correct though. When we got there the lady who runs it was not there, but her son was helping her out. We called her and she called her son to meet us. Our overall stay was great! They did not originally have our reservation booked, but made room for us and it worked out well. |

Clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment, very friendly landlady, and superb location. Apartment can actually hold up to 8 persons in multiple rooms. |
