City Apartments Altstadt Stralsund

Newly renovated apartment.

In all of the descriptions it is clearly indicated that a broadband internet connection was available. This turned out not to be the case and made a very large difference for me because I had planned to work one of the days of my visit. I would not have booked this hotel if I'd known in advance that the internet connection would not be working.

Great location. Clean and nice apartment in the middle of alter markt. Free parking in garage.

Not very easy to find the right apartment.

The appartment was confortable and clean. We add enough towels. The appartment is located in the lovely old city center.

We missed some information like: - where was the free parking, where were the cleaning products and tools, where was the outside bin...

Nice little downtown studios on the top floor (just under the roof) of the hotel with kitchen and living room. Living plants give an extra touch. 35€ per night/person is a very good price. Breakfast costs an extra 12 €, but if you have time for sitting and enjoying, there is a lot of choice. The area of Rügen and the town of Stralsund are beautiful - so I will want to stay here again.

1) A bit difficult to find by car when coming at night from abroad and having to find the right entrance on the small roads of Stralsund old town. The city/tourism office could be helpful by setting up hotel signs. 2) Parking is convenient in the Hotel's own garage (a little bit narrow when parking large Volvo cars...) but relatively costly with 8€ per day, or even more expensive if you park at Neumarkt just outside.

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Die Einrichtung einfach, aber sehr zweckmäßig und mit Dekoartikeln gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und der Schrank bot keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen, da er im Prinzip nur ein relativ flaches Regal mit Schranktüren war.

Umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot

Apartment zu weit vom Hotel entfernt (wird in Anzeige nicht erwähnt), Ausstattung sporadisch, Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Mängel werden auch nach Aufforderung nur teilweise abgestellt, unangenehmer Geruch aus Waschbecken und Duschkabine, begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten in hauseigener Tiefgarage

Großzügiges Appartement, modern eingerichtet, mit LCD-Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang, CD- und DVD-Player. Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen. Die Wohnung liegt nur 200 m vom Hafen entfernt, wo u.a. das Ozeaneum liegt. Für Fischesser gibt es günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Stralsund selbst bietet sehr viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten. U.a. empfehlenswert die Hundertwasser-Ausstellung.

Beim Mobiliar wäre ein Esstisch gut, dafür könnte ein Sidebord fehlen. Ansonsten sehr moderne schicke Einrichtung. Ein Bett im Schlafzimmer kann man nicht von der Seite begehen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liegt gut und ist sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Hafen ist gut. Man kann zu Fuß alles erlaufen, was es zu sehen gibt.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist ausgesprochen nervig. Wir sind von hoteleigenen Parkplätzen ausgegangen, leider war das Parkhaus immer voll.

Die Ferienwohnung 01 in der Langenstraße 45 war sehr groß, neuwertig und behaglich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist fantastisch.Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war inklusive.

Sehrv zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattetes Apartment---alles Bestens

Zentrale Lage - Tolle Räumlichkeiten - Guter Service - Reklamtionen wurden sofort behoben.
