Really great place to stay - Very good welcome and great staff.

The breakfast was fair and hotel was quite. The spa, once on, was nice.

A little far from downtown and they had spa hours, but you had to ask to have the spa turned on.

Excellent service from all staff. The location is perfect with our room having a fantastic view of the alps. Very relaxing. In fact we booked 2 nights and stayed for 3.

Staff was the best! They have bicycles you can use which is the only way to really enjoy the exquisite countryside. Plus there was no charge for the bicycle. They have hot saunas individual or seating for four in a larger one. Words can not describe my total experience but my breakfast was included and was better than I ever had at the Hilton's I have stayed at. Danke fur alles sie ist mine best!

It's located in a quiet community, parking is very convinient. Inner decoration is very lovely. Breakfast and dinner is great, the staffs are extremely helpful.

Very clean and the staff was super friendly! Great location and a short walk to downtown Fussen. My husband and I did the 6 mile round-trip hike to the castles which was a good hike!

This is a very well located hotel, nearby Füssen city centre and also just 5 minutes from the Neuschwanstein castle on a beatiful road full of green fields and the Alps to complete the scene. Staff were really kind and accomodations excellent for a couple + 2 small children/baby.

Just to mention something, a tube would be a wonderful addition to the room we had.

Impressive... Everything is wonderful

Good place to visit Schloss Neuschwanstein. 45 minutes walking to the view point. 10 minutes walking to the Fussen bus stop where is bus to Schloss Neuschwanstein. Free parking. The reception provide a stamp for discount on the ticket office of Schloss Neuschwanstein.

Everything about our stay was very easy, the staff were organised and friendly and nothing was too much for them to help with. We decided to extend our original one night stay for the weekend so we could relax and explore the area more thoroughly and it was a great decision. It is a very short walk to town, a short drive to Neuschwanstein or a longer walk if feeling energetic. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also good. We had a wonderful view from our room which came with a long, wrap-around balcony. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

As with all German hotels, there are no additional pillows provided and I can never get used to the split mattresses!

The hotel was convenient to the town and facilities we wished to visit. We had booked the apartment for 4 people. The food was good,the hotel was clean and pleasant and good value for money

The kitchen was not made available although shown in the hotel details. We raised this issue the next day and after some discussion we were provided with the key to it but the facilities were fairly basic. One bedroom had very low uncomfortable beds.

Great location for visiting Neuschwainstein Castle.

The room had no view which I specifically requested, I made the reservation more than 3 months in advance and the bathroom was very small, my sholders were up against the walls when trying to use the toilet, wife is small ant it was tight for her. I would not reccomend this room we had for larger people, thats for sure !!

We had a very lovely stay at this quaint little hotel! We had two rooms, one of which had a view of Neuschwanstein Castle from the balcony. It's located in a quiet, secluded area, yet is a quick 10 minute walk to the center of Fussen. Staff was wonderful. We would go back here in a heartbeat. We loved it!

It had a wonderfully relaxing, friendly and helpful feel to it. We had a room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The food was simple but perfectly good enough for our two night stay; if staying longer, the hotel is within 15 minutes walk of Fussen centre so it would be easy enough to eat out.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was above expected. Room was spacious, but the third floor can't be reached by elevator which brings trouble to those who travel with lots of luggage.
