Nice hotel with good amenities. The pool area and sauna were very nice and relaxing. Rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of room for me and my two kids with pullout sofa. Discount ski lift tickets was a great bonus! Good breakfast buffet. Didn't like how far it was to the ski shuttle bus pick up and drop off. I thought it was right in front of the hotel but it was not. May not be such a bad walk for adults, but with kids in ski boots it was tiring and not convenient.

Comfortable and quiet, friendly staff and great location. Food was good and the price of the hotel was fantastic considering the location it is in is in such high demand. Will be back here for sure.

Free parking, Great internet!, split bathroom (toilet in one, shower in other), underground tunnel since we were in adjoining building, pool, wintergarden. Although we booked from a friends house in Mannheim, we are from the USA

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ab 7.30 Uhr wurde die Nachbarzimmer sehr geräuschvoll geputzt. Die Betten wurden nach der ersten Nacht wirklich nicht schön gemacht- sehr lieblos. Der Absacker am Abend in der Bar war ein Reinfall, so wenig Interesse seitens des Personals haben wir noch nie erlebt- darin waren sich alle Gäste in der Bar einig- wir haben es am folgenden Tag nochmals versucht, war leider genau so.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Kein Autoverkehr zu hören. Die Heizkörper im Zimmer waren sehr staubig. Auch im Wellnessbereich war Vieles sehr dreckig. Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr veraltet. Zimmer war kleiner als bei bookin. com angegeben. Sauna war am spätnachmittag noch kalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Hotel wieder einmal für einen Aufenthalt ins Auge fassen. Das Essen ist als besonders gut zu erwähnen. Qualitativ hochwertig und ein Haus um sich wohl zu fühlen. Beschwerden haben wir keinerlei ! Der Wellnessbereich dürfte etwas moderner sein.

Sehr gute Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schönes Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Relaxbereich. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

der gute und freundliche Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr komfortabel , ebenso das Schwimmbad und die Wellnesseinrichtung Schade dass in diesem schönen Hotel auch große Hunde und Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Sehr schönes Schwimmbad. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sehr gross und schön gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr staubig. Das Personal teilweise unmotiviert.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war angemessen. Die organisatorischen Abläufe waren für ein Haus, das einen 4 Sterne Anspruch hat, nicht gut. Erst nach 3 Tagen holte man den formalen Check in nach. Der gemietete Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war immer anderweitig belegt, Motorrad oder Hänger, offensichtlich von Mitarbeitern. Eines der beiden Zimmer war recht "verwohnt". Sicher kein "Komfort" Doppelzimmer.

Ein Hotel was absolut unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Schöne saubere Zimmer, freundliche Angestellte, ein für Hotelverhältnisse großes Schwimmbad, ein üppiges Frühstückbuffet und sehr gutes Abendessen a la Carte. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei vorhanden.

Die Lage ist gut, weil es mitten in Oberstdorf liegt. Gebucht nach Internetauftritt - das vorgesehene Zimmer hatte damit kein Ähnlichkeit. Das dann angebotene Zimmer war heller, aber auch ohne Ähnlichkeit. Keine Entschuldigung, Chef steht an der Rezeption dahinter und hält sich fein raus. Tolles Management! Dann hört man mit, dass am Telefon der Preis erläutert wird mit den Worten "Lieschen Müller" zahlt einen anderen Preis. Das ist Hoteliergehabe auf üble Art! Der Spa-Bereich: 2 Saunen, aber ein Abluftgebläse, das selbst in der Saune massiv an den Nerven zerrt. Der Weg vom Zimmer im Nachbarhaus zwar unterirdisch trocken, aber weit und im Zickzack durch die Tiefgarage. 4 Sterne, wo?
