All was fine.
Wonderful place. Wish there was one in every city, it would be the only place I stay.
Good service. I recommend for short stay.
Though set in a "exotic" neighborhood, this hostel is very near the train station, makin it easy to access from or to the International Airport, as well as any other destinations by train or subway.
Nice, clean room.
Very dangerous in the evening because the street in the look like Red light district with plenty of bardels and bars with this kind of service. Was shocked.
Everything was excellent
Nothing to say
-Good breakfast -Good wifi, in the room too -Close to food and shopping areas
-I didn't mind the location, but some people might not want to stay in the red light district.
Stayed there for three consecutive days, and met lots of amazing people, including a lecturer from TU Dresden, and also a family from a nice northern German town, who come here to attend the book fair.
young atmosphere , the bar is always open with coffee and drinks are available , games room. nice and modern furnishings . I had a private room with private bathroom very comfortable.
There was a problem with the heating and they did not fix it quickly or give me a good explanation . there was dust under the bed and on the curtains in my room. they do not clean every day the rooms.
all the staff was friendly and willing to offer all kind of help and questioning. the hostel walls were full of information u needed to explore the city. They have a daliy thing to entertain the ppl who stay in. like Pasta party and pop quiz. is super fun!! like it and recommended it!! they will send email to u and keep update with yr booking and things u need to know abt. thats is highlighted lovely thing they would do also.
location with red light area where they already openly well said that in an email they reply me. its doesnt bother me anyway. just ppl will always and always chat with u and offer u enter they "dance class". guys with gd looking should becareful lolll
It is very well located, 5-10 minutes walk away from central station. It is ok for what you pay. There's a guy offering free tour around the city, and it was quite nice.
It is exactly at the "red light" zone, so, it is a little noisy at night.
In my opinion, the best thing about 'Five Elements Hostel' is that it is very well located, close to the Train Central Station and only 15 minutes away from Frankfurt city centre. Staff very nice and kind! I even got my boarding pass printed in the hostel! :) And moreover, you can have as much breakfast as you want (coffee, milk, tea, bread with butter and different jams, ham, cheese, salami, nutella, cereals...) from 07:00 to 12:00!
Unfortunately it is located right in the middle of Frankfurt Red Light District, so watch out if travelling with children!
the place is located very close to the HBF which is very convenient.
nothing was wrong... it was good
Very nice place to stay , nice people and very nice staff , great location near the main train station
Facilities, rooms, staff.
Wifi is free but you have to signup to some website mailing list thing. Blerg.
I chose this hostel because it's convenient located near FFM Hbf. Bfast service was not bad and I appreciated free wifi in bedrooms and in common areas.
Really poor cleanliness in bedroom (hair everywhere and bed linen didn't seem to be changed after the previous stay) and in the toilettes: WC more than once was left there in disgusting condition for a long time during the day. Bedroom and bathroom had really basic service. I would only recommend this hostel for a one night stay, considering you wouldn't like to spend more than that being surrounded by prostitutes, pushers, homeless and wasted people. Definitely the area is one of the worst in town!
Really noisy, cant sleep at all
Good location close to the main train station. Very good reception by the staff. Modern and nice decoration in the communal areas and my room. Private bathroom in my room of 3 people. Varied breakfast until 12:00. Bedside table and hangers...
District with erotic shops and sleazy people hanging around in the streets but nobody bothered me and the hostel is very secure
Everything Was brilliant Location Near to Train Station
1.kindly staff's help/information 2.nice location even though it located in middle of redlight district.
I love all things in this hostel! It is a really good place for solo traveler~
Lots of goodies with no charge! WiFi, Lockers, Towels, etc... The guy at the reception was kind enough to find a bed for me towards the inside part of the building which was much quieter than the front side at night.
- very close to the Hauptbahnhof - late check-in possible - there was some problem with the computer, so I had to wait for check in, but the personnel handled it nicely and I´ve got a free drink as a compensation at least
- When arriving late, I would recommend to have a good look on the map before as it might be unpleasant to get lost in that area. However, it´s easy and fast to get there when you know the way, so it didn´t feel dangerous. - It was quite noisy outside and some man snoring in the room, but that can happen in any hostel.
WiFi in each floor, free pasta for dinner, easy going people, free (deposit) and big locker box that fits an entire suitcase. Safe rooms that one can only enter woth a hotel card. In general, the idea of offering services with no charge, just a deposit (locker, towels, etc)
Bank-beds were a bit shaky.. I could feel every move when the guy sleeping below me was changing his sleeping position! Also quite noisy at early morning hours, so it's a choice of either fresh air or street noise..
