Friendly staff, the wifi was good, very close to the main train station, handy for the red light district ;) Comfy bed, allowed me to check in to my bed at 11.40 in the morning rather than having to wait till the official checking in time of 4pm which seems excessively late. The free breakfast is good as is a 500ml beer for €2.50
Could have had more shower facilities.
Close to the main train station and fairly close to the Romerberg. The beds were comfy and the lobby had a cool hangout atmosphere. The staff let us stay long after checkout until we had to catch our late night bus.
kinda sketch location - in the red light district. We didn't have any problems however.
it's clean and quite. quite near Hauptbahnhof and other places of interests!
I LIKED THE PLACE WITH CLEAN ROOMS AND NICE FRIENDLY STAFF. U\UNLIMITED BREAKFAST AND COFFEE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE . WOULD RECOMMEND TO YOUNG PEOPLE ON A BUDGET
Everything was fine
The Staff are really great and helpful. Few minutes walk from the central station. there's a lot of Restaurants and shops that works very late into the night and some of them 24/7. there's a big store just around the corner where you can buy all your needs with normal prices and really the Hostel is very safe, clean and comfortable. It was a very good experience and I look forward to staying there again.
Nothing really. It was all good.
I enjoyed the walking tours offered through the hostel and the showers were pretty good as well. The free breakfast was also great as it had bread, meat, cheese, and - my favourite- granola cereal!
The locker boxes that were on rollers under the bunk beds were awkward and just irritating. You couldn't really be quite opening them and they were probably even worse if you were on the bottom bunk.
Near to the main railway station Clean rooms and toilet, Comfy, Nice atmosphere, Breakfast included, Towels / bed sheets included.
The only down side is that it is located in rowdy the red-light district.
great staff, great facilities
poor bed, red light district
Staff were extremely friendly and helpfull! I'm a solo traveler but met so many nice people there! Even the staff who weren't on their shifts, were there and were very open, helpfull and inviting! I really appreciated it since I was there alone, never had a dull moment! Amazing funroom and chill area! Would definitely go here again the next time I'm in Frankfurt!
That I was just staying one night.. :)
Environment, people, safety, organisation in the hotel.
All was fine.
Wonderful place. Wish there was one in every city, it would be the only place I stay.
Good service. I recommend for short stay.
Though set in a "exotic" neighborhood, this hostel is very near the train station, makin it easy to access from or to the International Airport, as well as any other destinations by train or subway.
Nice, clean room.
Very dangerous in the evening because the street in the look like Red light district with plenty of bardels and bars with this kind of service. Was shocked.
Everything was excellent
Nothing to say
-Good breakfast -Good wifi, in the room too -Close to food and shopping areas
-I didn't mind the location, but some people might not want to stay in the red light district.
Stayed there for three consecutive days, and met lots of amazing people, including a lecturer from TU Dresden, and also a family from a nice northern German town, who come here to attend the book fair.
young atmosphere , the bar is always open with coffee and drinks are available , games room. nice and modern furnishings . I had a private room with private bathroom very comfortable.
There was a problem with the heating and they did not fix it quickly or give me a good explanation . there was dust under the bed and on the curtains in my room. they do not clean every day the rooms.
all the staff was friendly and willing to offer all kind of help and questioning. the hostel walls were full of information u needed to explore the city. They have a daliy thing to entertain the ppl who stay in. like Pasta party and pop quiz. is super fun!! like it and recommended it!! they will send email to u and keep update with yr booking and things u need to know abt. thats is highlighted lovely thing they would do also.
location with red light area where they already openly well said that in an email they reply me. its doesnt bother me anyway. just ppl will always and always chat with u and offer u enter they "dance class". guys with gd looking should becareful lolll
It is very well located, 5-10 minutes walk away from central station. It is ok for what you pay. There's a guy offering free tour around the city, and it was quite nice.
It is exactly at the "red light" zone, so, it is a little noisy at night.
In my opinion, the best thing about 'Five Elements Hostel' is that it is very well located, close to the Train Central Station and only 15 minutes away from Frankfurt city centre. Staff very nice and kind! I even got my boarding pass printed in the hostel! :) And moreover, you can have as much breakfast as you want (coffee, milk, tea, bread with butter and different jams, ham, cheese, salami, nutella, cereals...) from 07:00 to 12:00!
Unfortunately it is located right in the middle of Frankfurt Red Light District, so watch out if travelling with children!
the place is located very close to the HBF which is very convenient.
nothing was wrong... it was good
Very nice place to stay , nice people and very nice staff , great location near the main train station
