Several cracks in the walls; furniture a little to cheap; no soap or shampoo (which is annoying now that travellers are hardly allowed to take liquids on board in airplanes).

The staff are friendly and speaks english well, the roon is clean and cosy...The location is very good, near the shops, cinema, nigth clubs, restaurants, turistic places, and 5 minutes walking from the train station. The breakfast is expensive

Awesome value-for-money. Location, close to the U2-line Mendelsohn-Bart. station, is very convenient. The room was very clean and nice. Spotlights above sink was poor. The fan in the toilet was noisy (starts with lightning only, however). Breakfast expensive compared to room (we ate elsewhere).

The bed was extra comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. I had to pay 15 euros for early check in, and more than 10 euros for 2(!) short phone calling. The internet was available only for fee, and was quite slow.

The location Rooms are loud when staff cleans in the mornings. I found being woken up everyday around 8am. I couldn't sleep in after days of going out and exploring the town and getting in late. Super noisy an the wall were super thin. You could hear everyone talking in the hall and the elevators opening and closing! Also, they charge for Internet and if you have both and iPad and an iPhone you could not use both with the same password. You had to buy two separate accounts!!! The most ridiculous thing I've encounter while traveling in my six weeks!!!

Hotel is fairly cheap and well located. Room was clean, comfortable, well-heated, and included a big screen tv -not that I care about that. 1) The bathroom of my room (nr. 301) had a very strong and distinctive smell -a sewer problem, I gather. Entering the room was exactly like coming into a toilette that has just been used, if you know what I mean. A real shame. 2) Nothing is included -not even the wifi connection, for which you have to pay a small fee. Not even soap or shampoo for the bathroom!

Clean room, very good staff, very good breakfast. Quite average in room comforts: no shampoo, no glass for the toothbrush, no hair dryer, tv with only 10 german channels. In total rather overpriced for the services it provided.

Ich war nur ein WE da. Daher kann ich nicht so viel zu dem Hotel sagen. Es war aber ruhig und ordentlich. Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Durch die gute Lage kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Siegessäule oder das Brandenburger Tor zu Fuss erreichen. Beim nächsten Berlinbesuch werde ich es wieder buchen.

Hell, freundlich, zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, skandinavisches Design, Außenterrasse, Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnnutzung, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Rezeption nach 22:30 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Zimmer in der Regel erst nach 14:00 Uhr beziehbar. Wenn man sich bei morgendlicher Anreise vor einer Konferenz noch umziehen und frisch machen möchte, ist dies zu spät. Es wurde jedoch nach vorheriger Nachfrage und erneuter Frage vor Ort ein früherer Bezug des Zimmers ermöglicht.

Der Service ist hervorragend, Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Erkundung der Stadt ist der Hotel hervorragend geeignet, die Haltestelle ist nah gelegen und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sogar zu Fuß hervorragend zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und gemütlich, weil das Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße sich befindet. Parkplätze kann man vorab reservieren, befinden sich direkt am Eingang. Alles in einem, ein sehr schönes Hotel zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Teppiche in der Anlage und auf den Zimmern sind etwas alt und befleckt. Unser Zimmer hat ein wenig nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, der Geruch hat sich anscheinend in den Textilien herabgesetzt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral: 10 min. Fußweg zum Potsdamer Platz und 15 min. zum Tempodrom.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück ist lecker und vielseitig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
