The best aspect of this hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was fine and well lit (important for those who work). The serious problem with the location is the lack of decent, small restaurants in the vicinity. I did not like the pillows. You should note that there is no night person (after 11pm) on the desk or in the hotel. I found that a bit upsetting, especially as I became ill (during the day, thank goodness). There was no house doctor, either...no one to be called in an emergency. The breakfasts were very pleasant and very well laid out. |

Lowest price in the area where you want to be in Berlin. Good public transportation connections. Not quite as nice as the website claims it to be. Entire floor smelt like smoke. |

Everything was fine. the room was a good size, shower was nice. The bed was comfortable and for me the location was good for the price. I arrived after the reception was closed and the only way to retrieve the key was to phone someone. I was lucky that i had 50 pence on my phone as credit or I don't know how I would have gotten in. |

This hotel is very quiet. You can't believe you're in the heart of Berlin. It's only a short walk to Potsdamer Platz and from there you can go anywhere in the city. The hotel is hard to find. Even experienced taxi drivers have difficulty. The street it's on doesn''t appear on any map I've seen. |

It is near to the centrum and pulic transport. It is in a very quite area. Clean and very comfortable. The pilow is not so good. |

The hotel is clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. It is reasonably centrally located within walking distance to many places you would want to visit. The lights in the corridors turn off automatically and must be manually turned on every minute or so. The staff did not tell us this before we got in the elevator and went up to our room to find the floor dark. |

The room was light and airy and a good size. Public Transport was close at hand and we could get round the city very easily. The bathroom was a bit small and the breakfast expensive. |

Hotel pulito anche se essenziale con personale alla reception sorridente e gentile. Location a pochi minuti della u Bahn 2 ad una sola fermata da PotsdamerPlatz. Lavori in corso nel cortile sottostante con inizio lavori precisi alle 7. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral (10 min Fußweg zum Potsdamer Platz) und dennoch sehr ruhig. Eine grandiose Aussicht hat man von der Dachterrasse des Frühstückraums. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sauber. |

Отель удобно расположен в центре города, до отеля легко добраться как на общественном транспорте, так и на своём транспорте-- имеется парковка. Для работы с туристами из России необходимо иметь русскоязычную информацию (карты, схемы, рекламу и т.д.), русскоязычное телевиденье . Мне кажется, что современный интернет должен быть дешевле или даже бесплатным. |
