The hotel is very nicely located, with many walking trails and cycling routes nearby. The Vitalis center offers wonderful relaxation with swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas. And the food in the hotel is marvellous! The pillows and blankets in the rooms are too small and thus not comfortable.

Freindly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent pool and good spa facilities. Very good food in both the restaurant and bar. Minor issues - for a 4 star hotel a room safe would have been nice. Well equipped spa, but cramped when busy.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Wer dieses Hotel schlecht bewertet, der war noch nicht in einer schlechten Unterkunft. Es halt alles gepaßt, besonders die unmittelbare Nähe von Schwimmbad und Sauna zum Hotel. Die Saunatücher sollten für das nächste Mal etwas größer sein. Bitte keine "Gästetücher" mehr in die Körbe legen. Vielen Dank!

Der Service in der Hotelbar lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nach der Bestellung von zwei Coctails warteten wir 30 Minuten auf unsere Getränke. Anschliessend sind wir gegangen. Das Personal in der Bar ist komplett überfordert ausser Bier und Limonade scheint nichts zu klappen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist auch nicht die allerbeste. Es kann ja sein dass wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben. Trotzdembin ich der Meinung ein Hotel dieses Formats müsste in der Wahl ihres Personals mehr Professionalität vom Personal verlangen.

Das sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Zimmer. Die kostenlose Nutzung des Saunabereiches. Das gute Frühstück und nicht zuletzt die besondere Freundlichkeit des Personals.

nettes Personal im Empfangsbereich Ich hatte über booking.com und zusätzlich im Hotel an 2 Abenden einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert, wir bekamen trotzdem keinen Platz; zu kleine Karte in der Brasserie und sehr viel Lärm durch Tagungsgäste!

Das Hotel bietet einen großen Wellness bereich. Die Aufgüsse im großzugigen Saunabereich werden von einem gut gelaunten Saunateam stündlich durchgeführt. Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Ein Hotel zu Wohlfühlen abseits des Alltages . . Obwohl ein Zimmer höhere Kategorie (Einzelzimmer Komfort Plus)gebucht wurde, war es nicht größer als die preisgünstigen Zimmer.

Essen nur bis 21.00Uhr danach nur ein paar Gerichte. Kein Hinweis bei der Ankunft. Zum Abendessen im Speisesaal muss reserviert werden, zuwenig Platz für alle Gäste.

Nachbarschaft des Wellness-Zentrums und des Kurparks. Ein größeres Hotel der mittleren Preislage sollte rund um die Uhr wenigstens ein Mini-Angebot an Speisen vorhalten. Notfalls eben Sandwich oder Würstchen aus der Dose. Gerade in ländlicher Umgebung, wo es keine Alternativen gibt, ist es ärgerlich, wenn (wie hier) ab 22 Uhr nur auf die geschlossene Küche hingewiesen wird. Man geht also hungrig zu Bett und hat das sichere Gefühl, dass das dem Personal total egal ist.

Schon bei der Ankunft, wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit fünf Kindern sehr lieber Empfang. Umfangreiche Erklärung aller Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Angebote im Hotel. In den Zimmern waren für die Kinder Willkommensgeschenke auf den Kopfkissen hinterlegt. Super war, man konnte mit Badebekleidung im Morgenmantel diskret über den Etagenflur zum Schwimmbad gelangen. Für den kleinen Hunger musste man das Schwimmbad nicht verlassen. Alle Räumlichkeiten und Freizeitanlagen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kinderspeisekarte u. Frühstücksbueffet kam besonderst gut an. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Wochenende. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
