Very Friendly Staff that make you feel welcome. Restaurant is amazing and they have a great Buffet Breakfast. Not to mention the Winkler Brau beer that is made right there, Highly recommended!

The staff in general was very professional. However the one who took care of us during the diner forgot to serve us and we had to wait about 30 mim before receiving our drinks. The bottle of wine came before our starting drinks and the waitress also forgot about my last glass of wine I wanted to taste after the diner! Beside these small problems the stay was nice The poor experience of our waitress

The brewery and the atmosphere was great. I was unsure how to check out early and ended up leaving the key somewhere I was unsure the staff would find it.

magnifique chambre, très propre, très spacieuse... parking aisé proximité de l'autoroute Nuisances sonores importantes des machines qui tournent la nuit dans l'entreprise voisine . Impossibilité de dormir à plusieurs reprises ( à 3h, 3h 15 jusque 4h du matin, 5h ..........) On ne parle que l'allemand et rien d'autre: ni français, ni anglais, ni italien. On est donc très limité au niveau des explications et de la compréhension. C'est ainsi que nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le restaurant de la verrière le soir alors que nous avions réservé dans le restaurant typique.

junges sehr engagiertes und ausgesprochen herzliches Personal. Herausragend die Umsicht und der persönliche Einsatz der Chefin des Hauses, wirklich toll. " Wasti" hat auch das Seine zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen. Hervorragende Küche, das Bier einzigartig - ladet zum längeren Verweilen ein - Ambiente traumhaft und gemütlich! Wenn wir wieder in diese Umgebung reisen, werden wir hier buchen. Einzig das Kleingebäck ( nicht das Brot), hat nicht den sonstigen Qualitäten des Hauses entsprochen. ( es muß auch gesagt werden, wir sind diesbezüglich sehr verwöhnt)

Het plaatje klopte gewoon. Lokatie in dorpje in de buurt van doorgaande wegen, ruime parkeergelegenheid achter hotel, traditionele buitenkant met luxe/moderne kamers en faciliteiten en supervriendelijk personeel. Vermeldenswaard zijn de serre, het binnenzwembad en de werkende bierbrouwerij naast het hotel van dezelfde eigenaar.

Perfecte service en klantvriendelijkheid. Goed restaurant in oude brouwerij. Direct naast de autobaan gelegen. Internetverbinding met WIFI werkte niet naar behoren!

This was a stopover on a long journey, so the location (very convenient to the Autobahn but completely uncontaminated by it) was important. It turned out that I had made our booking for the wrong date, but the staff were extremely accommodating and changed the booking without fuss. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was among the best I have seen. The hotel is housed alongside a brewery.
