ottimo ristorante con ottima carta dei vini dentro l'hotel

in buona posizione rispetto al centro, stazione metro a 5 minuti, parcheggio auto coperto,ottima colazione e stanze molto pulite e confortevoli.

Discreto rapporto qualità-prezzo ma carente nei servizi considerato che si tratta di un 4 stelle; assenza di ascensore e aria condizionata, estremamente rumoroso, prima colazione scarsa

la "cornetta" della doccia non stava su, per cui occorreva farsi la doccia con una mano che teneva la "cornetta" e, con l'altra, lavarsi. Una vera seccatura

The room was very large with a large bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant/breakfast room had a nice ambiance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the fit out was not modern.

I truly enjoyed not only staying at the hotel but the dinner in the restaurant and conversation with hotel staffs. I received a hearty welcome.

The breakfast was delicious,but the fruit salad was corrupted. There was an aquarium in restaurant and parrots. The personal was nice and helpful. There was free internet and the speed was perfect. The cuisine in the restaurant was magnificent and very delicious.

No air - condition and the hotel is placed near noisy street (many cars, trams) and you can't open the window because then you can't hear each other. It's a little bit far from the city centre. And also I saw a little mouse up the tree in the restaurant which was outside. A sink was cracked, a peace of glaze was cleaved from a bath and in the toilet bowl water was running all the time. No elevator.

The resturant was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The robes and slippers was a nice touch as well.

The room was hot, three single beds instead of a double/queen size bed made it awkward to sleep together. No elevator, no air conditioning, and the staff was not familiar with the VAT form.

the apartament was a former flat that would need refurbishment

Very service minded personell that could take care of all the needs. Very good with internet WiFi connection in all rooms and very nice rooms.

併設のレストランがとても美味しいです。ただし値段もそれなり、たとえばレギュラーのコースは1万円程度で- す。午前中空港までレンタカー移動しましたが、中心部と上り車線はかなりの渋滞。しかし空港までの道は一本- 道で下り車線に面したロケーションなので、とても便利でした。

食事の時にグラスワインのお薦めをお願いしたら美味しかったのですが、後で精算書をみたら1500円くらい- のワインで、どんどんおかわりを聞いてきます。予算が限られる方はきちん値段を聞いて下さい。部屋は普通ク- ラスを予約しましたが、レースのカーテンがないので、少し気になります。

ウェルカム・フルーツとドリンクが用意されており感動した。ホテルにはエレベーターがないので、中型スーツ- ケースを３階の部屋まで従業員が運んでくれたことは嬉しかった。

午後９時過ぎに風呂へ入り、備え付けのドライヤーを使おうとしたら故障していたのでフロントに別のドライヤ- ーがあるのか聞いたところ、ドライヤーはあると言ったものの、部屋まで来て故障の状況を確認したら、「子供- が壊した」などとあらぬ疑いを持たれ、それでも別のドライヤーを貸してほしいと言ったが貸してくれず、結局- 、約４０分間も掛かって修理した。子供を疑った挙句に、夜の貴重な時間に４０分も在室するということは如何- か。もう少し考えてほしい。
