I liked the parking garage. The recepcionists and the young guy at the bar were extremly kind. I enjoyed every minute of my staying at the hotel. The rooms are a little bit too small to complete the total comfort. |

The hotel is conveniently located and all interesting spots in Frankfurt are easily accessible by public transport. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. The design of the rooms with its glass showers is lovely for couples. You don't want to take a shower there if you share the room with your colleague! I will stay there again. Good value for money. |

Staffs in the front desk and restaurant are very helpful and kind. Room is very clean, and seems to be renovated very soon. We don't have a bathtub in our room. It would be better to have bathtubs in more rooms. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone comfortabele kamers. Mooi centraal in Frankfurt gelegen. Geluid van buitenaf. Gering aantal (internationale) TV zenders. |

Vänlig och hjälpsam personal, ren och fräsch rum, fin frukost med trevlig personal, mysig atmosfär, spårvägen låg precis utanför entrén, nära till mässan. Duschen I enkelrummet var lite litet. Hissen gick inte ända upp till femte våning där rummet låg. |

Beim ersten Betreten des Hotels ist uns spontan die Freundlichkeit des Personals aufgefallen und zuteil geworden. Diese enorme Gastfreundschaft hat sich während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes fortgesetzt. Es ist ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Wir werden garantiert wieder kommen. Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und wohlbekömmlich. Wir können dieses Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen. |
