Pleasant modern room, enough space and a (small) desk with lamp for work. Excellent dinner (soup followed by duck breast) in bistro for €23 was good value. Good location for hearing at EPO Bayerstrasse. General lighting dim, not enough to read by except at the desk. |

The hotel is in a very convenient position. It is quiet and clean. It is new and the breakfast is good. Perhaps the very modern design makes it a bit cold. |

reception staff were very friendly and efficient- dining room staff at breakfast were also very good. bar staff were only average and seemed to lack experience |

the welness-center is very good the reception girl took my card ant told me, she will only write down the number for security reasons. but in 3 minutes I've got the message from my bank, that the hotel have blocked 213 euros! Than I was told, that it is a rool, that the hotel blocks the money for one night (163 euros) and 50 euros additional. I suppose, it would be muck better, if the reception staff tells the client suck kind of rools bei check-*inn, and not after blocking the money. |

Staff very kind, nice, clean and modern rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, city center at just 5 minutes walk. Perhaps the rooms should be a little bigger. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the central rail station and tram services was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was excellent. |

Very good location (just besides of the Munich main station). The staff were very kind & friendly. Of course, Room is nicely clean. See-through shower is kind of fun for me :) i was little confused how to use switches... |

Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. (I did not try other meals). Very good location near main railway station. A bit too "high-tech" for me (perhaps because of my age). I did not master the working of the shower or of the complicated lighting system in the room. The wash-basin only permitted washing in running water (and there was no bath in my room). I must say that after I mentioned these things on the feed-back form the hotel sent me a letter of apology and a bar of chocolate. |

The staff were superb - nothing too much trouble. The location is ideal, and the food very good. I had a room on 6th floor which was very comfortable and quiet. |

The staff was extremely helpful. They spoke English well, which was a lifesaver for us. Our package included breakfast and it was easy, quick, and good. We went for Oktoberfest and the hotel was in the perfect location- 10-15 minute walk from the festival, the city center, and excellent museums. |

Modern, clean, helpful and very helpful staff, air conditioning. Location is good across from HBF but that area is not completely "German" if that is what you're looking for. Breakfast offering was ok, but less than many other hotels on our six city tour. |

The staff and service was first class, the hotel was a gem I had a superior single which was wonderful and the bathroom was great the shower was large and one could move around in it. The Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff fluent in English and so polite. The desk staff could not do enough for you. One of the best hotel experiences I have had over the last 20 years and I travel more than most |

Location is very convenient-opposite train station, feels exclusive becoz located next to Le Meridien Hotel & Sofitel. Free wifi. 15mins walk to shopping street/Marienplatz, shops at train station open till late night, I stayed at 5th floor, paid eur86 per night, liked the room very much..its modern, shower room is transparent..all glass, breakfast was good, reception area is spacious and modern. Would definitely come back at the right price. None. This is a 4star hotel. Be prepared to spend a little more. |

The restaurant was excellent best weiner snitzel we had. The breakfast (included in the room price) was very extensive and very good. The location was good near the underground and main train station, near to the old town. I had read the reviews about the glass showers but didn't understand what the big deal was. What I didn't understand was, the showers are in the room. Only glass separates the bedroom from the shower. Fortunately our daughter had her own room. Otherwise she would have had to leave the room when my husband showered and vice versa. |

Very clean and staff were helpful pleasant. It was strange having the glass shower cubicle in the room. Telephone situated on desk some distance from bedside table. Very inconvenient for early call. Bed not made up by staff - rather duvet rolled up and left on bed for guest to spread out. While these are not a criticisms - merely observations - they are the first time we have encountered them - and may cause other guests to reconsider a return visit. |
