Η πλέον βολική θέση στο κεντρικόερο σημείο του Μονάχου, η άνετη πρόσβαση σε όλο το δίκτυο συγκοινωνιών, η καθαριότητα, η φιλική συμπεριφορά όλων των υπαλλήλων (ορισμένους από τους οποίους τους είδαμε και φέτος - κάτι που μας κάνει να νοιώθουμε ¨σαν στο σπιτι μας", το πλούσιο μπουφέ του πρωϊνού, ο κλιματισμός στο δωμάτιο και άλλα μικρά, αλλά σημαντικά , που έκαναν και πάλι το ταξίδι μας μια υπέροχη ανάμνηση η οποία θα μας "ζεσταίνει" όλο το χειμώνα. |

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και στο μετρό και έχεις πρόσβαση παντού αλλά και την δυνατότητα να νοικιάσεις εύκολα αυτοκίνητο ή να αγοράσεις οποιαδήποτε ώρα κάτι γιατί ο σταθμός είναι πιο πολυσύχναστος και από το κέντρο της πόλης όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο, μοντέρνο και πάντα καθαρό.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό. |

My only regret is that I've spent only 7 hrs in the hotel, and have not enjoyed all it has to offer. Great comfort and superb rooms. |

Pleasant modern room, enough space and a (small) desk with lamp for work. Excellent dinner (soup followed by duck breast) in bistro for €23 was good value. Good location for hearing at EPO Bayerstrasse. General lighting dim, not enough to read by except at the desk. |

The hotel is in a very convenient position. It is quiet and clean. It is new and the breakfast is good. Perhaps the very modern design makes it a bit cold. |

the welness-center is very good the reception girl took my card ant told me, she will only write down the number for security reasons. but in 3 minutes I've got the message from my bank, that the hotel have blocked 213 euros! Than I was told, that it is a rool, that the hotel blocks the money for one night (163 euros) and 50 euros additional. I suppose, it would be muck better, if the reception staff tells the client suck kind of rools bei check-*inn, and not after blocking the money. |

Staff very kind, nice, clean and modern rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, city center at just 5 minutes walk. Perhaps the rooms should be a little bigger. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the central rail station and tram services was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was excellent. |

Very good location (just besides of the Munich main station). The staff were very kind & friendly. Of course, Room is nicely clean. See-through shower is kind of fun for me :) i was little confused how to use switches... |

Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. (I did not try other meals). Very good location near main railway station. A bit too "high-tech" for me (perhaps because of my age). I did not master the working of the shower or of the complicated lighting system in the room. The wash-basin only permitted washing in running water (and there was no bath in my room). I must say that after I mentioned these things on the feed-back form the hotel sent me a letter of apology and a bar of chocolate. |

The staff were superb - nothing too much trouble. The location is ideal, and the food very good. I had a room on 6th floor which was very comfortable and quiet. |

The staff was extremely helpful. They spoke English well, which was a lifesaver for us. Our package included breakfast and it was easy, quick, and good. We went for Oktoberfest and the hotel was in the perfect location- 10-15 minute walk from the festival, the city center, and excellent museums. |

Modern, clean, helpful and very helpful staff, air conditioning. Location is good across from HBF but that area is not completely "German" if that is what you're looking for. Breakfast offering was ok, but less than many other hotels on our six city tour. |
