Fleming's Hotel München-City  

Great location to explore Munich. Staff was helpful. Clean rooms, fun shower,it's all glass! Breakfast was great. Easy location to the train. Ask for an inside room, very quiet.

Needed extra pillows and were too tired from exploring to ask. Made up for that the next day.

despite changing the reservation before I was forced to pay an extra night of staying (that i did not stay) the mattress had some sort of plastic covered, really unusual for this kind of hotel, i had to remove it wireless never work well in the 3 days stay

Great location across the street from train station. Just make sure u go out Bayer Strasse exit -then only a 5 minute walk. Very convenient walk to city center -15-20 minutes. Hop on-hop off bus starts 5 minute walk away. Rooms r small but comfortable. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Gave great tips for sights to see and restaurants. Breakfast selections very nice.

No privacy in bathroom -shower is all glass and right next to bed. Hard if traveling with someone other than your spouse.

1- The pillows and blanket were not comfortable at all. The sleeping experience was not pleasant 2- Breakfast needs more selections, eggs tasted not good.

My first room was in two floors with narrow stairs up to the bed. The lights were silly planned. Not possible to have only the bedlamp on.

Perfect location close to the train station. Rooms were quiet despite being in a busy area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Convenient location ... Short walk from the Munich train station. Spa was very clean and relaxing. Fitness room is small free-weights are non existent and only a rowing machine, old combo machine, cycles (2) one regular and one recumbant and a treadmill

Strange room service - one set of towels one night, no toilet rolls the next, one bath robe when we were a couple sharing a room! - strange.

The door's lock didn't work. I changed the keys four time. Room 116

Very good location near the central train station in Munich, friendly and competent staff, clean and nice rooms, excellent breakfast, free Wifi, three delicious apples in the room. :) Good value for money!

The room was comfortable and well organized. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

I didn't like having to call the front desk for a new internet code every day.

Nice modern room, clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful, bed very comfortable and breakfast excellent. Ate dinner in restaurant, food was well prepared, well priced and staff were professional. Fantastic location with regard to station and city centre is not too far away.

The stuff is very friendly except one man at the reception desk! Location is good (Hauptbahnhof + center) Modern design, new bathroom Restaurant is open till midnight! Very tasty ))

A lot of shortcomings in the room: -nightcurtains did not properly cover the windows -no privacy at all in the bathroom resulting from glass walls between bedroom and showercabin -no practical wardrobe -switching system of the lights is a mess -lighting in bathroom (to washhandbasin) is insufficient -floor of showercabin is very slippery for 2nd user -hot vapours from shower go directly to bedroom -very poor pillows

The Hotel is fine and has a modern design, the breckfast was good.

The parking is expensive (16€/day) and the the rooms needs to be cleaned better.

We liked everything. Starting from absolutely friendly staff to the design of the room and very good food. The location of the hotel is very convenient for city break and shopping. We arrived quite early and we did not expected that we will receive our room, but we did - this was a nice start for our weekend. The "extra" thing in the room is modern glass bathroom. As we saw this from photos, this was not a problem for us, quite opposite - nice change comparing to standard hotel rooms. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had - even I can not cook the fried eggs like was there. The choice of food was sophisticated and the coffee was made from coffee machine directly to the order. Actually we were too tired at the evenings after long walks in the Munich so we had our dinners too in the hotel restaurant. I can recommend it as the food was excellent. The best thing is that we received after couple of weeks from our stay letter from the hotel management where they responded to our customer review. I pointed that the tv devices could be more modern and that will be changed next year.

The location is close the central railway station. The room is big enough. The bathroom looks beautiful.

I think this hotel is ok, but not so perfect as a four star should be. The elevator has smoke smell, and I do not like the carpet and the curtain in the room.

We had to leave one day early because of domestic emergency,we were still charged 90 percent of value,even though we gave a days notice.
