Recently remodelled, stylish design, very quiet at night, even during Oktoberfest. Friendly, efficient service.

I paid a top rate due to the Oktoberfest so many services were included in my rate. But, I wasn't informed about these extras until check-out.

The room was really clean (for me is something very important) and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the waitress were exellent. We had free internet in our room and the hotel location was wonderful for us.

very near railway station, city centre, very friendly staff,nothing to complain really .

Convenient location very near the train station, but our room was very quiet - faced an inner courtyard. This was also the only hotel during our two week trip that offered cooked eggs - fried or scrambled - with the breakfast.

in a hotel with good services like this one, room service should go well beyond 11pm

Very friendly, English-speaking staff. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The included breakfast was wonderful and included eggs to order with bacon or ham plus cereals, breads, yogurt, fruit and juices. The hotel is reasonably close to the Marienplatz, be prepared to walk. They have good, reasonably priced underground parking. The decor is very clean and modern, everything is new.

The hotel is not child UNfriendly, but not exactly great for kids. It's not completely accessible, so if you bring your stroller in, be prepared to lug it up the odd stair here and there. And bring your own bedding for your children, unless you want to rent from the hotel. The only other thing that bothered me was the glass shower stall, with one wall of the shower part of the room.

room was modern clean new, bathroom nice, bar was nice to relax in

I asked for a quiet room and was given one 2nd floor facing main street, there was no air con. so had to keep window open. mattress hard and had a rubber cover which made it very hot. A thick down cover was on bed which added to heat. When I asked for another type of cover they said that they did not have one. What do they do for people with allergies to down?
