Good location ,friendly staff, comfortable bed and enjoyable breakfast. If you have the window open in the room it was a bit on the noisy side but that is not your fault . |

The room was well meintained and the breakfast was nice! I would like to stay the hotel again. I just wish there is a bigger or full-size mirror in the room. I used the hotel for business and wished I could check myself before I step outside. |

The Location of the hotel near to a U-bahn stop was very convinient, the breakfast was good. The organisation, location and design of the bathroom was not practical, altough the design looked very nice overall it was not practical, the transparant shower cubical in the room was not practical also a hanging glass toilet door was not practical and made us use the normal toilets near the restaurant/breakfast area, also the area between the wash basin and the shower was not very spacious, considering that we had booked a comfort room. Furthermore the very small lift did not seem to offer enough capacity for the guests going to the breakfast room and guests leaving and wanting to check out or leaving the hotel. the waiting time was very long, we took the stairs when possible. |

Excellent welcome by receptionist (wonderful for a weary traveller just off the overnight train) and chance to book in early Overheated which was neither person friendly or environmental friendly |

The breakfast was very good, the service at the restaurant as well! The shower did not work so well and the bathroom was a bit too small. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was just in walking sistance to the metro. Bathroom was exposed, no privacy. The fitness centre was a tiny room |

I liked the fact that it was close to the autobahn and only 4 underground stops to the city centre. The room was a little dusty and the toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned under the rim for years as it was stained at the back. |

Proximity to the train station. The continental breakfast looked awesome... One of the front desk employees was not the friendliest. They couldn't find our reservation and basically made us feel like idiots. First impressions are key and it left a bad taste in our mouth. |

The room rate during Oktoberfest ! I think the restaurant menu could be more varied and imaginative too. |

Location is not in the heart of the Schwabing District but more on the outskirt of Schwabing. Still only 12 minutes from the city center which isn't bad. Great breakfast. Even lattes if you want them. Bathrooms small. Kind of out of the way from city center. Not a lot going on near the hotel. No cool restaurants or shopping. |

My room was small, but very comfortable, attractively designed, and nicely laid out. There was a good mini bar, which wasn't too overpriced. Lots of hot water, soap, shampoo, etc. Good wireless internet (though see below for problems with the way it was set up). Breakfast was fantastic: a huge buffet full of varied, high quality food, plus eggs (+ bacon) to order and great coffee. The hotel was clean and well laid out; I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked nice. I used the fitness room once, and although it was very poorly equipped, it was better than nothing, and it was clean, had towels, and a nice-looking sauna and steam room which I didn't use as it was too early in the day for them to be open. Front desk was amateurish. Lower level spoke limited English--just basic requests--but, E.G., confused "check out" with "check in" on my arrival. Manager on duty was pleasant, but unhelpful. E.G., when asked how much it would cost to ship a box to the us, he was useless, even discouraging (& poorly informed). He could have found info online, but instead gave me a brush-off. Also, housekeeping service ended at 3 pm, but no-one told me, or called my room when I was there working until 2:45 to ask if I still wanted service. Finally, wireless network was set up in a weird way that meant constantly getting a new password. Overall, not what us business travelers would expect by any stretch of the imagination. Rooms comfy but service needs work!! |

value for money. Exceptionally polite and friendly staff. Close to the U bahn and shopping. Excellent breakfast. very relaxing atmosphere. The extended hour of breakfast at the weekend is a good idea. Maybe you should continue with the coffee machine in the dining room and the availability of hot eggs and bacon also so that staff are there to assist? Just one thing! Is there any chance of a choice of pillows - they are too soft! You should have a more solid pillow available. |
