I didn't like it that much and don't feel that it is worth 4 stars. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room; I requested a second pillow and it didn't arrive .The fitness/wellness faciltity was in the basement and unpleasant. |

Almost everything was fine, but the service in the restaurant and bar could have been improved a bit. The room was fine and so was the breakfast. The location is very convenient for travel by car or by public transport. Housekeeping was not up to standard: towels and bed linen were not changed satisfactorily. |

The buffet breakfast was very good. Not so much designer boutique, as more Novotel. The superior bedroom was very small. It was sometimes difficult to get hot water out of the shower. Not what we thought it would be. |

Location is book, breakfast excellent. The wireless internet connection was extremely bad (with much luck one could have internet for half an hour, and mostly then only in the hotel lobby instead of the room); comments of the staff was that they cannot change this as long as the hotel is full with guests... |

The breakfast was excellent and generally this is a good hotel located in reasonably close proximity to an underground station and a nice park (the English Garden). Rooms facing the streets (the hotel are located at an intersection between two major roads) are noisy, and some of the staff at the Reception desk were neither overly accommodating nor efficient. |

Hotel facilities were good - restaurant, gym, bar reception area etc. Room itself was very small and not very well appointed. Not what I would consider to be a business travellers hotel. |

.likes - Wifi (mostly good, very slow during evenings and night). Liked when Mr.Hartmann wished during returning to hotel and there was other gentle man who was also pleasant - he was present on night and early morning. Except Mr.Hartmann and the another gentle man who was during evening and nights others are "really" poor. Especially Ms Hoelfner (not sure of spelling) she behaved racial, I will definetely tell my colleagues not to use this hotel in future, I was treated very badly. |

It was a bit of a walk to downtown, but the price was right. There are also quite a few reasonable restaurants in the area, so you don't absolutely have to go downtown anyway. Near the English Garden was definitely a plus. They use those plastic mattress covers under the sheets, which I hate. Waking up sweaty in the night is uncomfortable. If I had noticed before I went to bed, I would have removed them. |

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar area was good. The sauna area was incredibl small. The personnel at the reception desk (the woman I spoke to at first) was extremely unhelpful and rude. She couldn't find my reservation and she did not want to help me. I tried to ask her questions but she was not interested in answering or listening. Actually she just left and left me waiting 20 minutes until I had to ask someone else. Even though I had already paid for my room + my friend's room I had to pay again, my credit card is charged double.I should have paid for 2 nights for 2 people, now I have paid 4 nights for 2 people (and we only stayed 1 night each because of cancelled flights). I'll never stay here again! Customer service must improve considerably! |

I would like to thank Fleming's for providing us accommodation in a tight situation. The hotel rate is quite high compared to cramped room I got. Also for vegetarians there are very less options in breakfast. |

Hotel staff was very kind, with the smile on the face, speaking English very well. Breakfast was good, strong one with scrambled eggs and a lots of other things (salty and sweet). Pleasant atmosphere throughout hotel. Nice restaurant. Air-condition with command box in every room, wireless internet included (no extra cost), nice windows with very good acoustical insulation... and the elevator is a bit crowded in the morning, but it gets you straight to your car in the basement garage. Don't try to take stairs instead, you'll get lost! :) Even though rooms were carefully designed, the bathroom is somewhat too small for comfortable shower. One or two power outlets (to charge your mobile devices) wouldn't hurt. Garage is impossible to find from the street on your first arrival, but thanks to very kind desk personnel, I've made my way to the most funny place to park I've seen so far! Nevertheless, it was safe and free parking for all guests. Give it a try, I'm sure you're going to like this hotel. I did. |

Close to English Garden and nice side of Munich. Well positioned as a business hotel. The outdoor seating area (even though it's located on the side street) The glass walled showers are silly. Don't stay here with another person if you dont want to see them naked in the shower! There is only 1 x 8 person (more like 6 person) lift to cater for 5 floors with over 20 rooms per floor. As a consequence catching a lift during busy times is impossible. They got our bill wrong by 200 Euro for a 4 night stay. Even though I guaranteed the room via credit card, they informed me that due tpo my late arrival, I was lucky to keep it as they reserve the right to onsell it (And still charge me for the room). Our superior double room was NOT so superior. In fact, I would hate to see one of their "inferior" rooms. Finally, I could NOT get the wireless internet to work on my PC and there are no data cable points. |
