1) Le prix du parking 2) L'exiguïté de la salle de bains et la lumière qui en émane et réveille tôt 3) Le prix excessif des films proposés, plus cher qu'au cinéma même si on ne les regarde pas intégralement.

Il est bien placé et l'on peut se rendre au centre ville avec une certaine facilité. Le petit déjeuner (un buffet) et le plus complet possible, il y a beaucoup de choix et la qualité est là, surtout lorsqu'on sait que le petit déjeuenr est pris en compte dans le prix de la nuit. Il y a un effort dans l'aménagement de la chambre avec des jeux de lumières interressants.

Le fitness est bel est bien présent et, même s'il est disponible 24h sur 24, il est très pauvre. En effet, quelques machines un peu délabrées se trouvent libre d'accés ainsi qu'un sauna. Il pourrait y avoir un effort de ce point de vue là. les repas sont aussi d'une qualités très médiocres et les prix, eux, sont au.dessus de la qualité proposée.

Excellent breakfast, good sauna and steam room (still available after 22h closing), comfortable bed.

My room (in "garden house") was very small, corridor was shabby. WIFI required time-limited password, not given to me on check-in, connection was tricky and bandwidth too low to listen to radio online.

staff professional and helpful,excellent community setting, quiet,no 24 hour bar,easy to take underground 5 mins away.....great base for short break.

need a new menu to attract guests to dine in hotel,bar and dining room empty most nights,great ingredients well presented just food not hot when it got to table and we were the only diners! if evening meal was included in the hotel price system the dining area would do very well but give a reasonable choice.facilities for children nonexistant,outdoor garden walk to garden room open air,v cold!

The room was well meintained and the breakfast was nice! I would like to stay the hotel again.

I just wish there is a bigger or full-size mirror in the room. I used the hotel for business and wished I could check myself before I step outside.

The Location of the hotel near to a U-bahn stop was very convinient, the breakfast was good.

The organisation, location and design of the bathroom was not practical, altough the design looked very nice overall it was not practical, the transparant shower cubical in the room was not practical also a hanging glass toilet door was not practical and made us use the normal toilets near the restaurant/breakfast area, also the area between the wash basin and the shower was not very spacious, considering that we had booked a comfort room. Furthermore the very small lift did not seem to offer enough capacity for the guests going to the breakfast room and guests leaving and wanting to check out or leaving the hotel. the waiting time was very long, we took the stairs when possible.

The hotel is nice not very far from the underground station. The room was clean only the bathroom was not so big. The lift was very slow.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was just in walking sistance to the metro.

Bathroom was exposed, no privacy. The fitness centre was a tiny room
