朝食。スタッフがフレンドリー。 部屋でwifiが上手くつながらないので部屋を変えたがやはりつながらない。そのため、ロビーで仕事をした- 。シャワールームの扉の密閉がしっかりしていないのでバスルームが水び出しになった。 |

Room is clean, confortable. Restaurant is wide, better for little children. 部屋は充分きれいで快適でした。ホテルのレストランは広くて、小さな子供連れには良かったです。 Parking space is limited. Fortunately no problem during this trip. 駐車場は狭くて泊められる台数も限られているようです。今回は空いていました。 |

location is ok just 5 min walk from U-Bahn, 5 stations from Marienplatz which takes about 15 min to get to the very center. Rooms ARE small but that didn't upset me much. We took twin room with the 6 year old daughter and felt quite comfortable/ The only thing that irritated me was not really friendly guy at the reception...I would advise the managment to train the personnel to be less arrogant and more frindly and helpful. |

Excellent breakfast, quiet, comfortable room There was a light on all night outside on the patio and the curtains in the room were not wide enough to block this light out. A rather silly thing to overlook for a very nice hotel. |

Excellent breakfast, good sauna and steam room (still available after 22h closing), comfortable bed. My room (in "garden house") was very small, corridor was shabby. WIFI required time-limited password, not given to me on check-in, connection was tricky and bandwidth too low to listen to radio online. |

staff professional and helpful,excellent community setting, quiet,no 24 hour bar,easy to take underground 5 mins away.....great base for short break. need a new menu to attract guests to dine in hotel,bar and dining room empty most nights,great ingredients well presented just food not hot when it got to table and we were the only diners! if evening meal was included in the hotel price system the dining area would do very well but give a reasonable choice.facilities for children nonexistant,outdoor garden walk to garden room open air,v cold! |

The room was well meintained and the breakfast was nice! I would like to stay the hotel again. I just wish there is a bigger or full-size mirror in the room. I used the hotel for business and wished I could check myself before I step outside. |

The Location of the hotel near to a U-bahn stop was very convinient, the breakfast was good. The organisation, location and design of the bathroom was not practical, altough the design looked very nice overall it was not practical, the transparant shower cubical in the room was not practical also a hanging glass toilet door was not practical and made us use the normal toilets near the restaurant/breakfast area, also the area between the wash basin and the shower was not very spacious, considering that we had booked a comfort room. Furthermore the very small lift did not seem to offer enough capacity for the guests going to the breakfast room and guests leaving and wanting to check out or leaving the hotel. the waiting time was very long, we took the stairs when possible. |

I liked the fact that it was close to the autobahn and only 4 underground stops to the city centre. The room was a little dusty and the toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned under the rim for years as it was stained at the back. |
