Fleming's Hotel München-Schwabing  

Estamos hospedados em um Fleming´s em Frankfurt, a escolha deste hotel não foi dificil , pois conheciamos o serviço e as instalações, so tivemos uma surpresa desagradavel no chek-in em Munchen. O café da manha, é excelente, e as garotas que o servem são extremamente simpáticas e funcionais.

Sempre fazemos uso do Booking,em nossas viagens e lemos os comentarios, e neste hotel nao foi diferente,existia uma ressalva para o quarto 501 , de um casal de brasileiros sobre o tamanho do banheiro, muito pequeno,no chek-in coincidentemente nos deram este quarto,que imediatamente solicitamos outro, mas pra nossa surpresa outro quarto teriamos que pagar 20 euros a mais,e aí ficou uma duvida! Sera que os quartos destinados para o booking tem uma tarifa diferenciada e com instalações tambem diferenciadas???

O café da manhã e o restaurante são muito bons, completos e um ótimo atendimento. Não possui opções de lazer na vizinhança, mas possui acesso fácil ao transporte público.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno e o banheiro é muito pequeno, principalmente para alguém de maior tamanho (quarto 501).

They say it's a free wi-fi but you need to take password every 10 hours... Its pretty annoying!

I liked the rooms, the bar area was comfortable, the outside areas were pleasant and the toilets were nice and clean.

I was not keen on the glass shower,with no privacy from the bedroom, especially when sharing a room with friends or family members. I was surprised that the hotel had no tonic water - for much needed gin & tonic- all weekend...3 Days infact... The staff were mixed, some pleasant but mostly they were brisque and at breakfast they appeared quite put out when we tried to order from them. They bustled about not making eye contact and when you did manage to get there attention they speed off before you had finished your sentence! This was not at all welcoming and nothing like I had experienced whilst staying in Hamburg and Cologne.

We stayed just one Saturday night, but really enjoyed our room. The beds were very comfortable, the room exceptionally clean, and best of all very quiet. The breakfast on Sunday which one could get until noon, was terrific. Also close to the underground as well as within easy walking distance of lots of great bars, night places and good restaurants in Schwabing.

Very friendly and passionate hotel staff, with an eye for detail.

The waiting time for the elevator can be (extremely) long, especially during peak times the stairways are recommended. If you are on holiday this can’t be a issues, but if you are on a business trip I can imagine you don’t want to perform your sports exercises on the stairways in your business suit.

the room is not as spacious as described which makes us a bit disappointed. When we checked in, the reception asked the credit card for authorization, immediately I've got a text message from my bank saying the amount has been charged which is more than stated in our invoice. We asked the reception about it, we were told that nothing has been charged till we check out. Actually when we check out, there's no notice from my bank regarding charges. Hence I am still confused with the amount we've paid. I'll wait for my bank statement to clarify it.

Clean, good bed and shower, tasty croissants and fresh orange juice. Close to U-bahn and wining and dining.

Clean everything. Very nice linens and generous bath towels etc. Not particularly luxurious but very good quality. Excellent breakfast.

Poor wifi service.

Efficient room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to public transportation and local shops / restaurants.

The TV signal was weak and intermittent. Internet was also weak in my room (intermittent).

Close to the U-Bahn and the breakfast.

The room, well situated on the 6th floor, is in need of an update. Lampshade broken, ripped curtain, this is not acceptable for a four star superior room. The housecleaning was minimal, much dust( was able to write on the night table), empty kleenex box, and dirty cups left on the table. We stayed 4 nights and realized that the strict minimum was done. This was our second stay, and will look elsewhere next time.

Good location (it's a short walk to the U-Bahn), pretty and large room, good breakfast, comfortable bed. The in-house sauna was much appreciated.

The room was not very practical. No room to put the washbag in the bathroom, for example, or to hang the towels. Then there were several little things, which we didn't bother to complain about because we spent little time in the room - one of the lights wasn't working, the fridge didn't work and the shower didn't drain properly. It would have been nice to know from the internet description that wifi access was limited to 2 hrs per day we stayed.
