Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Paid for upgrade room. The room I had did not have Pay tv. Was told it would be fixed. Was not. First room I was given had no airconditioning working. Had to change room at 23.00. Second room had no pay tv either. Bathroom has nothing to hang towells on,leaving wet towells on the floor. Not very ecological. The bar staff have no idea how to make drinks/cocktails.Pour beer yes. The elevator is the slowest I have ever seen in all my travels. Not well located for connections to u or s bahn.

Breakfast. It is really, really good. The staff is also very friendly. Free Wi Fi, and good connection - not the usual "free and crapy" sort of thing.

The pillow, too soft. Also, the shower and washing facilities are in the room, and separate from the toilette, so you can't wash your hands after using the toilette.

Location is wonderful, staff are very very friendly. They even help me with moving to the Flemming's city Munchen at no costs.

Efficient room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to public transportation and local shops / restaurants.

The TV signal was weak and intermittent. Internet was also weak in my room (intermittent).

Close to the U-Bahn and the breakfast.

The room, well situated on the 6th floor, is in need of an update. Lampshade broken, ripped curtain, this is not acceptable for a four star superior room. The housecleaning was minimal, much dust( was able to write on the night table), empty kleenex box, and dirty cups left on the table. We stayed 4 nights and realized that the strict minimum was done. This was our second stay, and will look elsewhere next time.

Good location, some friendly staff

I was not warned about the workmen who started drilling outside my room window at 7.30am, nor the fact that the hot water had all but run out when I tried to shower at 8.15am. The arrangement of the bathroom is such that it is incorporated into the room rather than being separated by walls or even a door. The result is that you are performing your ablutions in the corner of your bedroom, without the benefit of an extracter fan. Great if you want to watch tv while answering natures call but not great for the overall ambience of the room.

We booked the top floor suite for a very nice discount price. It is not only a very spacious and well equipped suite. It even has a view (about 270 degrees) from two separate balconies. For us location was perfect because we have a close relative living near Münchner Freiheit. But also for others, its a five minute walk to the underground train system that take you right in to the middle of downtown within another 5 minutes. It is about a 10 minute walk to the English Garden

Very limited selection of beers (out of two one wasn't even bavarian) and wines. Champaign was not well chilled. The breakfast buffet is very diverse but surprisingly void of typical bavarian items (Brez'n, Weisswürste, Radi).

staff made myself and my colleague very welcome especially the fornt desk staff who booked taxis and also tried to help with booking seats on our return flight, only hampered by the airline website being very slow . Room was very well laid out and had excellent facilities. Restaurant was well laid out, plenty of space, food was well presented with plenty of variety.

The room was nice and modern though small. The breakfast was very good with many delicious choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good and near to bus and train transit.The cost was reasonable.

Sheets could have been changed more often. Although the room inofmration pack did say that they would change linnin on request - and I never erquested (could have been my fault)

Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast staff was great and the young man working inside was very good.

Bar staff was very slow and service unfriendly from the taller and heavier Bar tender gal.

Great design. Excelent breakfast. Nice and kindly staff. Great location. Modern and confortable rooms.

Bathtowels missing (only had 1 bathtowel for 2 persons and we had to call reception for another one - happened 3 times in 5 nights). Not so spacious room like other Flemings where we had already been. Room needs renovation and lcd tv instead that old and unesthetical one.

Great hotel! Good value for money, staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast (which was included in my rate) was outstanding. Room wasn't huge but stylish and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. Plus area is convenient to Munich nightlife / shopping / etc. Excellent place!
