fantastic roof terrace with nice bar staff €50 deposit for mini bar which todate has not been refunded. First room toilet door would not close and room although well designed was a little too small to be 5 star. |

Excellent staff and a great view and facility on 7th floor Did not like the showers in the room. No sparate bathroom. No plug for plug hole because of overflow danger. |

Generally good standards and service, new furnishings, lovely restaurant upstairs on the terrace with views of the city. Very handy location. Unusual 'glass cubicle' bathroom within the room which is fine if you are staying by yourself however may be a little awkward if staying with e.g. family. I did not have an issue with this however it was a little different. |

Excellent location very close to city center makes all other things not so important - aside from that do not expect much. Definitely not de luxe class, there is not much to expect except bed and breakfast. Rooms are ok, but still not de luxe. |

Very centrally located, comfortable and modern room, good breakfast and pleasant, clean and modern fitness/sauna/steambath staff seems to be a bit less qualified. Reception is heavaly under occupied. |

Hotel is in an excellent location for shopping and touring. Room is comfortable, immaculately clean, and quiet. Breakfast buffet is not huge but has everything you could want and a great view of Frankfurt skyline besides. Room service menu would be improved with more selections. |

Close to U Bahn The service was poor all round and I am mystified how the Hotel gets 5 Stars rating. I was with 5 colleagues and we all had similar thoughts. A pity as the location right next to UBahn is great. |

Relaxing lounge next to the bar. Good views. Great shower + hairdryer. Somehow we got charged for an extra night - I booked for my colleagues to arrive a day earlier but somehow the online reservation booked us all to arrive together - this may be a fault in the online booking software. |

Very good location, modern rooms with iPod input system so you can listen to your music, but somebody may not like the transparant glass shower cabin stands inside the room (i do like). Restaurant with magnificent panoramic view. Open non-stop-moving lift - really fun! |

efficient, courtesy, clean, nice. breakfast service at the restaurant is quite poor. Have to wait long time for coffee and the rest. Their service does not make sense. |

The sauna was very good and we were able to be relaxed. The staff at the reception was not friendly and no smile.But the staff at the restaurant was so good. |

Location is fabrious . Located in the middle of city center. Modern design , comfortable and rooms are spacious. Most of the instructions are in German. If they want to have more business people, English is a must. |
