The room was clean and comfortable

The staff were friendly but not always as efficient as they might have been.

No facilities other than bar/restaurant on the 7th. floor.

The room price is too high comapring with the room comfort! And you have to pay apart for the breakfast! Is too much even for ish period time!

Very good hotel. Close to the shopping mall My Zeil, 3 mins walk and next to the metro. Price is reasonable incl breakfast and wifi, compared with the hotel Innside Europetherm which is extremely expensive, no breakfast and no wifi. Staff are friendly. Good to business travelers.

Completely Transparent bath room might be a problem for those who want to share rooms.

Friendly Atmosphere. Great Bar and restaurant on top floor. Close enough to amenities and Messe exhibition centre.

Very Spacious Rooms and always clean, enjoyed the Mini Bar and upgraded to a Suite which was nice due to complications at check in. Breakfast was also very good with great selection.

Not Enough Pillows, the Room was too hot at times as the Air Conditioning was not on/working.

it's location is great for access to the messe and also to the main shopping areas

the standards of the staff in the restaurant and bar on the 7th floor is not as good as what it used to be and standards are erratic and of a lesser standard than previous stays, which is a shame.

Great location, very helpful staff, gourmet breakfast and dinner!!

That all the rooms the shower is that was not convenient to my 2 son and daughter 12 so u can some rooms glass too but Simmy transparent if so the hotel wil be rated for me 9 and maybe if there is a kettle also with some tee bags

This was my second stay at the Hotel and I find it very central, with good food and roof terrace.

Location, strange open lifts!

Automatically gave us a smoking room, didn't realise until we went to the room and smelt the smoke. A rude receptionist stated nothing was requested on the booking. It should be taken as granted that people now prefer non-smoking. Breakfast was very average, ground floor reception was tiny, only public bathroom on 7th floor, very small. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location was good and their cockail bar on the 7th floor has a great view but that's about it.

Arrived and the room was freezing cold. Radiators off (it was -5° outside). Minibar not working (just warm beer and soft drinks - no spirits in the broken minibar). Staff indifferent; breakfast average at best - I had to ask the same waitress 3 times to bring me a coffee, she glared at me for having the audacity to interupt her conversation with the other waitress!!!! Rooms aim to be boutique but miss the mark by a long shot - more like a converted office with some trimmings!! Conclusion: I was expected a lot more but was very disappointed. This is an average 4* hotel at best.

The location is perfect it in the heart of frankfurt....

The staff were very rude in the resturant plus the room service ...we asked for extra bed cover they refused to give us after a long arguing with the staff they give us ....we ask for double bed insted they gave us to single attached and when we complaing they told us that is the double standard they had ..... I rate it 3 star hotel

The service was excellent and proximity to the town and river was superb.
