Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt City  

Great Location, very nice art deco hotel. Great views from 7th floor restaurant.

You must warn people that the rooms are open planned and the shower is visible from all around the room (no privacy!). Me and my firend had a rota for showering & breakfast! Speed of service, we waiting over ten minutes (in an empty bar) for two beers. Breakfast service was very slow also

The location of the hotel is great, as it only takes a few minutes to walk into the city centre. Beside that, the outdoor area at the top floor offers a great view of the city.

The room was small and the airconditioning didn't work well, which caused uncomfortable high temperatures in the room. It took 2 days before the room was cleaned for the first time, which is absolutely not acceptable for a hotel that says to have a 5 star rating. The breakfast showed a very limited assortment and the service was very unpersonal. Of course this also does not meet the expectations that come with a 5 star rating. The great location is a big advantage, but I can say that this hotel is not worth 5 stars!

The location was very central to business and shopping facilities while the staff were excellent. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding with a hot dish cooked to order as well as the buffet and we thought the coffee was excellent also. We found the shower situation quite unique but it didn't worry us although if the occupants weren't a couple, it would not have been appropriate.

It is not a complaint or may not be anything that the hotel has control over but there is no driveway so the taxis can only drop you off at the kerb on the corner which means you have to manhandle your luggage across the footpaths and then up a number of steps before the doorman can see you and rush out to help.

Great hotel second stay will return agian,

Room noise had 3 floor room 316 facing square very noisy at night previous stay have room on third floor facing side street still very noisy, next time will ask for room om the 6 floor.

I thought it was a business class hotel it was not suitable for young couples....i felt that we were being stared at while eating our breakfast because were not wearing suits....the reception staff I felt did not make us feel welcome as we were a young couple. I would not stay at this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing weekend with your husband/wife.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner with a friend on the top floor and the food was excellent and, to top it off, our friend didn't have to pay for parking for that evening. The view from the balcony was panoramic.

The first day's breakfast was busy and although we asked twice to different people for an second cup of coffee, it never arrived. The 2nd day, though, our 2nd cup arrived without any problem at all.

The location is excellent its near to the resturants and the shopping centers and the rooms are very clean

Just the beds because we took single beds it was little small

Excellent location. Though small, newly done up rooms. Walking distance to the Zeil shopping arena and the Eschenheimer Tor underground station is right outside the hotel.

The glass cubicle shower in all rooms without any blinds can be a real put off if one is not too familiar with the person whom the room is being shared!

Lococation,staff not helpful nor forthcoming

I was told the dining area was booked full each day,but when I went to see At 8-9 pm the place was empty

Location is good near to Zeil. Room is clean well appointed with good interior design. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant is great.

Room is a bit small, hence the integration of glass shower box without separate bathroom. A hotel this class needs more staff especially to help guests with the luggages. We had trouble getting in and out through the double doors which was heavy and we had heavy suitcase/bags without help even to the rooms.

Great location right near the shopping district, very pleasant service and great design. A modern, comfortable, bright hotel with large rooms. The rooms were nicely designed and clean. The breakfast included everything one could want to get started in the morning. Unique is the inclusion of a Paternoster (lifts are available as well), which are hard to find these days. Overall a great experience and very nice hotel that I'd recommend to anyone.

The parking lot is a bit of an experience, but really not a detraction from the overal hotel experience.

Nice, spacious rooms.

The staff in the bar and restaurant is really not what you expect with a five star hotel. They are unorganised, unfriendly and slow. It seems that they don't really care. For the hotel I would recommend the hotel, but not for the restaurant facilities.

Very good location.Superior dbl room well designed, stylish shower cabin.

Room service very poor- slow, wrong food served, some part of order not served, no condiments, no bred, no butter served.
