verrassende interieur en moderne inrichting & fantastisch restaurant, bar op bovenstende verdieping met dakterras! De douche werkte niet zoals het zou moeten: Temperatuur was niet te regelen: ofwel ijskoud ofwel snikheet - geen temperatuur tussenin... Ik denk dat dit eerder een geïsoleerd incident is geweest, gezien mijn collega dit probleem niet had. Bovendien heeft het hotel me onmiddellijk een alternatief aangereikt! |

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the financial district and the shopping area. The room was comfortable, quiet (which I very much appreciated), had nice furniture and a very interesting layout. The last floor restaurant is also very nice, especially the open terrace. The room was not very well cleaned: it looked like it has not been dusted for ages - thick layer of dust on the table, the night lamps and the decorative pillows (by the way, poor choice of fabric - velvet is not at all dust friendly). In the toilet cabin it was a stain of juice when I arrived and it was still there when I left. |

The access to intercity travel, shopping, and cafes. No coffee pots in the room or available at the hotel. I like a cup of coffee when I get up and not have to go up to the cafe. Although the coffee was excellent at the cafe. |

It was first time to stay this hotel. I really satisfied about quality that modern and clean and good size room (single). And location is also great, in front of subway entrance, walking distance from shopping area,,,, I'll choose this hotel again when I visit here Frankfurt. |

i like the place of the hotel as he is very near to the shopping area and to the fair. the rooms isn't well cleaned , i entered the room for the first time i found a remained soap and towel of someone staying before me. i did not feel kindness in your hospitality. |

Very comfortable and well designed rooms, excellent reception service, quite good bar service, excellent view from the bar-restaurant.. No meeting room, no proper venue for business meetings. |

The Restaurant had very good service and menu options. The room was clean and modern and the shower very contemporary. There was a little noise from the plumbing when the hot tap was in use from one of our rooms. |

Girl on reception who gave excellent service and help with our booking could not remember her name, also the beds were very comfortable. Disapointed because the television service in english was not working and we had to visit cinema instead. |

Spectacular view on the frankfurter Skyline from the terrace restaurant and bar No direct access to the hotel doorstep for cabs or cars: you have to carry your load from the parking or the square in front of the hotel; breakfast is poor and the part of the restaurant devoted to breakfast tables carries heavy reminiscences of fryin oil still in the morning... |

Das Zimmer war ganz schön, aber leider nicht wirklich sauber. Aber dafür konnten wir schon um 10 Uhr Morgens hinein. Das Frühstück ist eine Unverschämtheit. Schlechter Kaffee, keine Auswahl, mäßige Produkte. War nie 19 Euro wert, eher 3,99(ganz schlecht). Beim Aufzug darf man keine Platzangst haben, sehr klein. |

Das 50er Jahre Gebäude mit dem Paternoster und dem wunderschönen Treppengeländer alleine ist es schon Wert das Hotel zu besuchen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse beim Frühstück ist der zweite Grund. Und die gläserne Dusche im Zimmer ist schon ein toller Streich des Innenarchitekten... Genial! Wer sich die Zimmer nicht leisten will oder kann, sollte dort abends die Bar im 8. Stock besuchen mit Blick über "Mainhatten". Es gibt nur einen Stuhl am Schreibtisch und einen kleinen runden Hocker. Es ist durchaus der Platz im Zimmer für einen bequemen Sessel. Den gibt's sogar für 4 Sterne bei Flemings in Mü-Schwabing. Das fehlt einfach, wenn man es es sich noch mal etwas bequem machen will ohne gleich ins Bett zu gehen. Achja, und dann verstehe ich nicht, warum es in vielen 5-Sterne-Häusern noch nicht mal einen DVD-Player gibt. Auch den habe ich hier vergeblich gesucht. |
