The hotel is conveniently located nearby the financial district and the shopping area. The room was comfortable, quiet (which I very much appreciated), had nice furniture and a very interesting layout. The last floor restaurant is also very nice, especially the open terrace. The room was not very well cleaned: it looked like it has not been dusted for ages - thick layer of dust on the table, the night lamps and the decorative pillows (by the way, poor choice of fabric - velvet is not at all dust friendly). In the toilet cabin it was a stain of juice when I arrived and it was still there when I left. |

The access to intercity travel, shopping, and cafes. No coffee pots in the room or available at the hotel. I like a cup of coffee when I get up and not have to go up to the cafe. Although the coffee was excellent at the cafe. |

It was first time to stay this hotel. I really satisfied about quality that modern and clean and good size room (single). And location is also great, in front of subway entrance, walking distance from shopping area,,,, I'll choose this hotel again when I visit here Frankfurt. |

i like the place of the hotel as he is very near to the shopping area and to the fair. the rooms isn't well cleaned , i entered the room for the first time i found a remained soap and towel of someone staying before me. i did not feel kindness in your hospitality. |

Very comfortable and well designed rooms, excellent reception service, quite good bar service, excellent view from the bar-restaurant.. No meeting room, no proper venue for business meetings. |

The Restaurant had very good service and menu options. The room was clean and modern and the shower very contemporary. There was a little noise from the plumbing when the hot tap was in use from one of our rooms. |

Girl on reception who gave excellent service and help with our booking could not remember her name, also the beds were very comfortable. Disapointed because the television service in english was not working and we had to visit cinema instead. |

Spectacular view on the frankfurter Skyline from the terrace restaurant and bar No direct access to the hotel doorstep for cabs or cars: you have to carry your load from the parking or the square in front of the hotel; breakfast is poor and the part of the restaurant devoted to breakfast tables carries heavy reminiscences of fryin oil still in the morning... |

Aamiainen kuului hintaan ja oli todella hyvä ja maukas. Suihku keskellä huonetta ehkä liiankin eksoottinen. Siisti, savuton huone ja hiljainen, sai nukuttua. Oli ok. |

Le design, très homogène et cohérent (années 60, mais tout remis à neuf); le service, aussi bien à la réception, très attentionnée qu'au petit déjeuner (buffet complété d'un service "sur demande" sans supplément); le panorama du restaurant au 7ème; la situation très centrale. |

zentrumnahe, alles sehr gut und kompakt organisiert. zimmern waren modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. wlan ist kostenlos im ganzem hotel.frühstück war gut und ausreichend. sehr gute parkmöglichkeiten(19,00€/tag) |

Hôtel très central, très design. Bons petits déjeuners dans un restaurant "d'altitude" avec vue sur la ville. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Pas de réelle réception comme il se doit dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Où sont les salons, le bar pour prendre un verre le soir ? |

Está muy bien ubicado, a pasos del centro de Frankfurt, en un lugar tranquilo. El restaurant, es muy bueno se encuentra en el último piso y tiene una excelente vista de la ciudad. Se encuentra muy cerca de todo. |

Frühstücksbuffet konnte nicht auf der Dachterrasse stattfinden, da das Personal die Tische für das Mittagsbrunch schon gedeckt hatte.( es war gerade 9:00 morgens) Ist es ein Problem 2 Teller wegzuräumen in einen 5 Sterne Hotel????!!!!??? |
