Easy access to down town Frankfurt, clean and comfortable rooms. The absence of a proper lobby is a limiting factor for people who spend more time in the hotel. The fitness room needs to be better equipped.

perfect location - large rooms with great design. nice restaurant on top of the building. very freindly stuff

carpets in the room were not really clean - I would prefer wooden floors!

Nice place to stay but too expensive during the Fair.

cumbersome acces to hotel, narrow elevators limited choice of fitness equipment all friendly, but staff at times inefficient and inexperienced (front desk,restaurant)

Not enough English tv programs

Location is good near to Zeil. Room is clean well appointed with good interior design. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant is great.

Room is a bit small, hence the integration of glass shower box without separate bathroom. A hotel this class needs more staff especially to help guests with the luggages. We had trouble getting in and out through the double doors which was heavy and we had heavy suitcase/bags without help even to the rooms.

Very Central for Xmas Markets and Shopping

The staff in the bar and restaurant is really not what you expect with a five star hotel. They are unorganised, unfriendly and slow. It seems that they don't really care. For the hotel I would recommend the hotel, but not for the restaurant facilities.

Great hotel second stay will return agian,

Room noise had 3 floor room 316 facing square very noisy at night previous stay have room on third floor facing side street still very noisy, next time will ask for room om the 6 floor.

I like its destination, room size and the jump elevator :)

The internet access is poor and everytime disconnecyion
