Hotel Villa Florentina  

Our double room was very spacious.

Single rooms can be really small - a closet size.

I was in Germany to practice my German and at the same time check out the city after a long flight from nyc. The front desk attendant gave me a room at 9:30 in the morning, which was so kind of her! The staff, especially the blond-haired woman at the front desk, was very friendly. I would definitely go back.

I would include free internet.

Its location, friendliness, staff, comfort. We found the staff to be most accommodating, anything that was asked was completed in a friendly and courteous manner.

No downstairs hotel bar.

The hotel was well positioned for walking to the old town and the railway station. It was a quiet hotel in a nice street. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No wifi available at all, though there was an Internet capable pc in reception area.

Our stay at the Hotel Villa Florentina was outstanding! We just needed a room for one night to visit the iaa and see a play at the English Theater; the 10 and 20 minute walking distance to each location was very convenient. The service of the staff was impeccable, the room was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. As described by other guests, the Westend neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to many Frankfurt attractions.

Everything was perfect! We will definitely be returning to the Hotel Villa Florentina for future visits to the Messe trade fairs, Festhalle concerts, extended shopping trips in the city, or performances at the English Theater or Alte Oper.

Good location, easy to find, excellent for business - even though we stayed there as a family - 3,5 people, it was very ok.

Carpeted rooms, especially with a lighter carpet, look (most likely also are) dirty. That a bit spoiled the first feeling when entering the room.

Iwona makes the stay always amazing. Her smiley face, friendly approach and helpfulness are special. I wish the other staff members would understand the importance of smiles as well. Great breakfast and very flexible with arrival and departure times is an extra bonus. Have recommended to my contacts.

When I departed the reception man was utmost unfriendly as I was a necessary pain for him. I hope his day turned better afterwards.

Location is central but in a quite area so that;s a good combination.

I have seen larger rooms for this price (€ 95).

The staff (especially the one at the front desk) was terrible. We asked one big taxi so that it can accomodate five of us, but it turns out to be one small car. We were in a hurry for the airport. I had clearly explained the taxi we wanted, but he had not even tried to listen to me. He is very rude. While we had breakfast, the staff was kept trying to clean the tables. That was too much!! We had to have breakfast without relaxing.

Close to Frankfurt Messe & U-Bahn station, offers decent breakfast buffet.

Does not have free Wi-Fi for room guests. Single rooms are little bit too small.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room spacious and clean. The hotel was only 10 minutes on foot from messe. Breakfast was also ok.

I did not like the pillows in the room and the towels were too rough. Its price could have been lower, I think the only reason for this price was location.
