Breakfast buffet is delicious. And the staffs are kind.

Super big and comfortable bed. Quite spacious rooms with great view (i lived on 10th floor). Nice pool/sauna area.

Too far from city center. No free parking given how far it is from the city (but i still managed to get a free spot on street nearby)

Facilities and location is nice. The hotel is a quiet hotel; I think it is phonetically isolated. The hotel hosted many years Prof Huebner (acoustics); perhaps that is the reason.

I do not like that the hotel upon arrival is blocking money from the credit card (they wanted to block more money than the stay costed). After explaining that I might not be happy and that I upon arrival have not obtained any service from them, I got the amount reduced. Fontana would do well in educating the staff in the reception desk better; if you do not show more trust in your clients, you will loose clients.

Fantastic facilities, obviously 4 star (feels 5), perfect location, only seconds from trains/tram. Wouldn't change a thing.

Room keys were annoying and wouldn't work on occasions.

No drawers in room, Furniture not in room not practical, Organization of Breakfast Room (personnel not observant; running out of plates etc without new supply; no free seats while many seats where guests had finished)

Breakfast is good , they give us free internet for one device only for free , very close to train station

The towels ,very old no one helps us to get the lauguage to the room when we checked in also when we cheched out we have to take our lauguages

Make sure that you book a no smoking room if you don't smoke. They have several floors where the whole floor is designated for smokers. I got put on one of these floors even though I requested non smoking. The room stank of smoke and they would not move me to a non smoking room claiming they were fully booked. It should not be allowed to put non smokers in smoking rooms!!!!

User friendly atmosphere and convenient.

Good location of the hotel. Close to Public transport and autobahn. Rooms are nicely refurbished.

Price for Brekky much to high. Quality to good enough for 4 star hotel.

Vaihingen, the suburb where the hotel is, has little in the way of evening entertainment or restaurants. Be prepared to make the 15 minute or so journey into Stuttgart.

Very friendly staff--front desk, fitness/spa and restaurant. Wonderful location, very convenient to downtown Stuttgart and Airport.

Location and proximity to the airport as well as the city centre. Very good travel links. Very nice and comfortable hotel which was very well priced.

Expensive for breakfast my friends were quoted 20 Euro for breakfast on the Sunday morning, could be cheaper especially since there were places to eat in Vaihingen

The staff were very helpful and polite. The Pool, Gym and Wellness Centre were top of the range. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn were just outside the door which made getting to and from the centre of Stuttgart very easy. The hotel bar was very relaxing and chilled out during the week, and quite a bit livelier at the weekend which was a good mix.

The cost of breakfast was the reasons we ate out every morning. Yes there was a large selection of food available but it did not warrant such a huge price-tag.

The spa area is really nice, the structure is pretty new and nothing is missing

We liked a lot the sauna area. Just made a short stay...it was a weekday and was very sunny day so decided to go to the swimming pool. We knew that in Germany sauna is nude...to our surprise found a naked man at the lawn easily suntanning...the at the whirlpool two ladies were also completely nude. A young american couple also were surprised ...even at the swimming pool people used abslutely nude...lately we saw this american couple walking around in theirs born suits..certainly after a short time you get used to. Why it can t be this way all around the world..you don t have to travel with swimming clothes and packaging all wet. Visit this hotel it is very nice....j

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, excellent service, well furnished and maintained. Quiet neighborhood location and immediate proximity to local transporation to city center.

Internet wi fi connection & car parking are not free! I think they should not charge us because the money we pay for the room is not low.!

That they fulfilled all our wishes and made our stay very pleasant experience.

There is nothing not to like, however the indoor pool could of been warmer. The pool was kind of cold at first, but our body adjusted afterwards. Also, it would of been nice if the hot tub was actually a hot tub. The water was room temperature, but still relaxing.
