I had a full body massage and it was wonderful! The wellness spa was why i booked this hotel and it was closed and will be closed until November 2010; it should have been stated on the website. The pool water temperature could be a little bit warmer. :) |

Clean rooms, close to the railway station. The baby cot was an old one, one side was collapsing slightly. Parking cost a lot. |

Very clean, quiet room. Good view over Vaihingen. Pleasant fitness room. Checking out takes a ridiculously long time! Any enquiry at the front desk seemed to take an almost laughable amount of time to deal with. Also, the sauna and spa facilities were closed. There was no warning about this on the website. Breakfast is very expensive. |

Het swimming pool is closed for children after 6:00 pm. This is not mentioned on your site, neither on the hotel site. At the desk the only response is that they know about it... This leads to disappointed children (and parents). Just inform your clients and there is no problem. Everything else was verry good. |

Sバーンの駅前にあり、市内中心部に出るのにとても便利。列車も10分おきにあり中央駅、Stadtmit- teまで直通で10分ちょっと。ホテル内には清潔なプールもあり、子供も楽しめました。 |

ホテルが最寄駅から見えるほど近く非常に便利だった。市中心にも空港にも近い。ホテルとして最低あって欲し- い機能が全て揃っていた。またシュツットガルトに行く機会があれば利用したい。 ルームメイドが来るのが早すぎる（9：00頃）サウナが故障していた。 |

Gutes Hotel, freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, alles in allem sehr angenehm. Zimmer war bei der beim Einchecken gegen 14.30 nur teilweise fertig und nur für eine Person ausgelegt. Eine Decke, ein Bademantel etc., wurde aber unverzüglich geändert. |

Cuando emitieron la factura no comprobé el importe con el precio de la reserva efectuada, y al llegar a España, advertí que me habían cobrado 57 euros de más. Les envié un correo electrónico pidiendo explicaciones por ello, y respondieron diciendo que se debía a tres días de desayuno, a razón de 19 euros por desayuno. Pero se da el caso que no desayuné ningún día, les expuse la situación, respondiéndoles que no había desayunado ningún día en el hotel, que sólo había tomado tres cacaos con agua caliente de la que ponen en la habitación, y no se han dignado a responder, habiendo pasado ya 4 días. Es una vergüenza de comportamiento, y más viniendo de un país como Alemania. Me han cargado algo que no he realizado. |

particolarmente vantaggiosa la sua posizione. A 10m dalla fermata metro-treno e a 300m circa da quella dell'autobus, per gli incontentabili taxi sempre presente all'esterno della struttura. Dotato di una piscina molto bella e rilassante. Consigliatissimo |
