very friendly although little English spoken but perhaps we should learn German. Great hotel the only improvement I would suggest is tea and coffee making facilities - very few European hotels have this. |

The staff were very friendly and the superior room was excellent. The food was delicious and the location is a short walk into the town. Free car parking too. |

Very friendly staff. Nice room. Good breakfast. Restaurant is good as well. Fairly priced. The cushions. We did read about those upfront but forgot to take our own. The cushions are awful. |

The superior room was very good. Close to center and cross country. Friendly owners. Sauna room with relaxing room. Few minutes by car to skiing slopes. Bit far to walk to the skiing slopes. |

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Lage des Hotels. Ruhige Randlage von Winterberg. Kein Straßenlärm.Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte gut. Bad/Toilette des Zimmers waren nur ca. 2,5 m2 groß. Nur Zweckbad. Für längere Aufenthalte nicht geeignet. Zimmerkategorie war bereits 'Komfort'. Qualität des Restaurants nur mittel. Getränkeservice während des Essens nur unzureichend. |

Het is een zeer aan te raden familie hotel.Zeer mooie kamer ,uitstekend ontbijtbuffet en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Het is een dikke aanrader voor een rustig verblijf. We gaan er nog terug, zeker weten . |

goede bediening, zeer gastvrij, goed ontbijt. ligt in omgeving met veel wandelroutes kamers in verderop (100m) gelegen gebouw, geen koelkast of waterkoker op kamer; voor hotel met *** viel dat erg tegen. Omgeving van hotel is verpauperd, wegwerkzaamheden maken het nog erger. Dit is erg jammer. |
