Schone en ruime kamers Breakfast not well organized:each morning I had to ask for bread and fruit Sigaret smell in corridors Sauna was out of order both days, despite the fact I asked for it to use this facility. The man behind the desk finally gave me a bottle of wine to compensate this.

The hotel is 15-30 min from Cologne by car. The town is calm and nice. The hotel itself is nice, breakfast ok. We had to arrive late at night, because of snow storm closure of the highway. I called 3 times the hotel reception to notify them for that, as required. Unfortunately the afternoon receptionist did not speak English well, so he couldn`t find our prepaid resevation and we were told that our reservation is cancelled and they are full and don`t have room for us. When I asked what are we going to do - the answer was - It is not my problem. So we ended up sleeping in a awfull motel with no heating /temp. - 5 c outside/. Next morning the girl at the reception was english speaking and found our reservation to be valid, so we manage to stay at the hotel. I don`t recommend the hotel to anyone who does not speak German. At night and Friday and Sat afternoon there is absolutely no personnel in the hotel. Nobody. Just the tourists.

Convenient for the south of Dusseldorf, good value for money considering that there was a fair on at the time and all other hotel prices were very expensive.

Makkelijk te bereiken. Ontbijt was ok. Waren nogal wat problemen. Receptie is weekends vanaf 15.00 niet meer aanwezig. Minibar stond vermeld is niet aanwezig. Kamers waren niet allemaal even schoon.

Alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider gibt es immer noch kein ZDF! Wir besuchen mehrmals im Jahr Hilden,weil Verwandte dort in einem Heim leben.Das FORUM liegt fußläufig sehr gut zum Bahnhof und zum Heim. Gegessen wird im Bahnhof.Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und alle sind sehr lieb zu uns! Im kommenden Jahr wird das Forum wieder gebucht! Uns fehlt das ZDF!

Das Personal verhält sich weder kunden- noch lösungsorientiert und lässt nahezu jede Form von Freundlichkeit vermissen. Im Zimmer befindet sich kein Telefon und lediglich 7 Fernsehprogramme stehen zur Verfügung, nicht einmal das ZDF. Eine Info über das Hotelund dessen Einrichtungen, die Frühstücks- und Saunazeiten liegen im Zimmer nicht aus und sind auch an der Rezeption nicht zu erhalten. Man wird auf die Beschilderung verwiesen. Eine Fehlinformation über die Zimmerausstattung wird auf Booking.com abgewälzt und keine Lösung angeboten. Booking. com reagierte nach telefonischer Info ganz ausgezeichnet und handelte einen Preisnachlass heraus. Hätte das Hotel auch direkt anbieten können.

Jeden z niewielu dostępnych hoteli w okresie targów Medica w Dusseldorfie. Prawie zerowa ilość gości-cisza i spokój. Dostępna sauna na życzenie bez kosztów. Przyzwoite menu śniadań Obsługa recepcji pracuje przez pół doby - póxne powroty wiązą się z wejściem do hotelu za pomocą karty. Moja akurat była uszkodzona i spędziłem 1 godzine na mrozie w nocy na próbach wejścia do budynku. Podany telefon alarmowy nie odpowiadał. Brak Restauracji hotelowej ( tylko sala śniadaniowa.
