Just a real friendly hotel well worth using this hotel when in this town.

Good location, good wi-fi, parking.

"superior" room was an attic - low, sloping ceilings etc and rather small.

Size of rooms good. Bathroom good size. Hotel lived up descriptions.

Lack of availability of hot drinks in room

The lock of the room door did not seem to me very secure

great location we could walk there from train station and walk to attractions, very clean, warm, great breakfast also.

A pleasant hotel a 1/2 mile walk the old city. Leave the car at the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Although the walk into the city is short, it is not pleasent. Heavy traffic for most of the journey. A bit on thee seedy side in spots.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful offering advice about where to eat and what to see. Angela even offered to send my husbands work emails and attachments. Would thoroughly recommend this cute hotel we had a great stay.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in making alternative arrangements for us when we arrived later than check in time, the room was huge & airy with separate place to watch TV, breakfast was great with loads of choices, we would definitely visit again

Very clean, sheets changed daily. large room with good en-suite bathroom, breakfast very good. Overall highly recommended.

Hotel street did not do justice to this small hotel.

Friendly owner who speaks very clear German and good English. Easy walking distance about half way between the railway station and the historic city centre. Very quiet street (opposite neighbours are sleeping in their graves). Good breakfast buffet and clean, comfortable room.

Room was clean and comfortable. 10 min walk to Tourist Information Centre and 'Old Hameln' area. Cemetery across the road from hotel is more like a botanical garden. Worth a stroll through.

Paid for internet and did not work and could not get help.....breakfast service was good but hard to get service attention regarding coffee and food

Very quiet. Overlooking a graveyard and a graveyard across the street on the other side. Enjoyed that! Parking was very close to the hotel. Within walking distance of the Pied Piper area of town and close to Tourist Information. Stores and groceries also close.

Due to circumstances beyond our control were running exceptional late with no idea of an eta. After a phone call the staff were understanding and were waitting for our arrival 3 hours after latest checkin. Room felt like a suite with seperate bed, lounge and shower areas. We also loved the view over the gothic grave yard.

Could have done with tea & coffee making facility.

Alles was er, internet voldoende snel. Uitstekende locatie tov het centrum van Hameln. De kamer inrichting is niet echt nieuw.

駅と、中心地（観光先）の中間にあり、荷物を置いてから観光に行くのに、便利がいい。 スタッフがフレンドリー 朝の出発が早めなのを伝えたら、規定より少し早く朝食を出してくれた

Goede locatie, goede kamers, goede voorzieningen.

Gaat 's avonds om acht uur dicht, dus je moet eerder aankomen/inchecken.

Dicht bij het centrum en een goed ontbijt.

Triest uitzicht. Onze kamer keek uit over een oud kerkhof.
