The room size was very good, and it was facing the station and the cathedral - with our own little balcony. Beds were very comfortable, and the room nice and warm. The bathrobes in the room were a nice touch, as was the initial complimentary bottle of water. The location could not be beaten - as the train pulled into the station from the airport, we could see the hotel to our right! The lady on reception was very nice and friendly and efficient. As Breakfast was not included, it was very easy to get something in the large train station right opposite the hotel. An excellent spot, and could not fault the hotel....! |

Excellent location for travellers like myself. I had excellent single room with wonderful, big bed. I could use WiFi which was important to me. The staff was really helpful. The bathtub in my room was quite small, but otherwise everything was fine. |

The location of this hotel would be hard to beat. It's a very short walk to the Aldstat, it's quiet yet only 2 minutes from the train station There was a slight smell of damp in our room and a mixup regarding the key on arrival but it did not detract from our stay. |

It is very well located. In front of the train station and very close to the wonderfull Köln Cathedral. the rooms that are faced to the train station suffers with the noise. We can hear the voice announcing the departures and arrival as well as the trains. The waiter at the bar is not very courteous. |

Very conveniently located We didn't have a Wi-Fi in the room. Appears somebody stole the router. When we asked the reception to change rooms, they said there was no other room available. We had Wi-Fi in the lobby, though. |
