Staff was responsive and gave us free breakfast to cover for the mistake in bedding arrangements. The location to BMW Welt is great. Although promised in exchange of e-mails, we were not provided a room with bunk beds for the kids. Our younger son had to sleep in our bed. No wi-fi in room.

So close to the Olympiazentrum U-bahn station! The bed was crazy soft....I just sunk into it. Strange!

Great location. Adjacent to the 1972 Olympic park. Bakeries, restaurants, markets within feet of the back door. Park right outside the front door. You have to drive through a bit of a parking structure maze to get to the front door. As you drive around the giant parking structure below it, look carefully for the signs that guide you up towards the front door.

The staff was amazing. And that means a lot. Beds very comfortable, very clean room... my first room was facing very noisy industrial - business zone (noise of building new buildings)...but the second room was great- overlooking green quiet area...

I liked staying at your hotel really. The view was very interesting, we observed Munich at night after all day walking. The room was always clean and very comfortable. The staff was very professional and willing to help. Location is close to the Olympic park

Sauberes Hotel, welches optimal für eine Städtereise geeignet ist, denn die U - Bahn ist gut über eine Ladenstrasse im Olympiazentrum erreichbar. Sollte man mit dem Auto angereist sein, kann man dieses für 10 € sicher stehen lassen. Eine ganz besondere Empfehlung für Automobilabholer der BMW Welt, in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr interessant ! Jeden Tag gab es nach der Zimmerreinigung, welche immer Ordnungsgemäss durchgeführt worden ist, eine Flasche Mineralwasser gratis dazu. Die Lobby in der man auch Sky Bundesliga gucken kann, ist sehr klein.

Розташування: близько до станції метро, відповідно, легко будь-куди дістатися. Поруч Олімпіа-парк та музей, виставковий центр і завод БМВ. Зелено, красиво. Номер: чистий, з величезною шафою, письмовим столом, офісним і м'яким кріслами. Уся техніка працювала справно. Попросили замінити кавоварку чайником, оскільки не мали потрібних для неї фільтрів - принесли після першого ж прохання. Якщо повішати на клямку повідомлення про "зелене прибирання" (фактично відмова від щоденного прибирання) - повертають 5 євро. У партері з протилежного боку будинку є торгова галерея: кав'ярні, крамнички, супермаркет. Машину припаркувати можна і на майданчику перед входом у готель, і на нижніх рівнях парковки. У представницькому номері Бракувало сушарки для рушників.

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Bügeleisen im Schrank. Das Sicherheitsschloss an der Zimmertür hat mir ein unsicheres Gefühl vermittelt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr deutlich zu hören, ich konnte sogar deren TV Programm verstehen. Es gab nicht genügend Steckdosen, die am Schreibtisch leicht zu erreichen wären. Die Bedienung der Jalousien war nicht selbsterklärend.

Wir durften am Abreisetag unser Auto länger in der Garage stehen lassen und konnten somit die Innenstadt noch in Ruhe geniesen! Dafür vielen Dank. Ich bin an meinem Geburtstag angereist und hätte eigentlich vielleicht eine kleine Aumerksamkeit erwartet!? Batterien der Fernbedienung waren leer,

Fint o rent. Mycket bra service! Enda att klaga på... En säng som är antingen super mjuk eller slut i fjädringen. På gränsen till att min rygg fick byta hotell.

Die Lage Entsprechend unserer Buchung haben wir nicht das Doppelbettzimmer "Superio", sondern nur ein Einbettzimmer erhalten. Dabei war die Längsseite des Bettes direkt an die Wand gestellt. Auch die Zimmergröße entsprach nicht. Es war nur ein Nachtkästchen vorhanden. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Im Badezimmer gab es keine eigene Heizung. Das für eine Nacht für 2 Personen um € 264,-- ohne Frühstück. Reklamationen bei der Rezeption wurden abgewiesen. Am nächsten Tag folgte ein Gespräch mit der Hotelleitung. Dabei wurden alle Mängel anerkannt, eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen und eine Preisermäßigung von € 100,-- vereinbart.
