Sijainti erinomainen, ihan kaupungin keskustassa. Autolle sai turvallisen paikan ihan hotellin takapihalle. Aamiainen oli erittäin runsas ja hyvä.

Location was excellent for visiting the old town. Although most of the staff was not fluent in English they found someone to help when we needed it.

I arrived after midnight, the staff waited for me. I had late check-out without extra cost. The room was big, with big toilet, everything in very good condition.

Well located, good breakfast, free parking, good value for money.

Atmosphere of the hotel and staff not very friendly, just polite. It's a pity because this hotel could be excellent.

The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service at all times; The room was enormous and airy, with a comfortable large bed and armchairs. The bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good and served in a lovely large room. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to walk to all the world heritage city sights as well as to shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own private car park, at no extra charge.

We like everything about the hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. The location is just amazing. Just a 2 block walk from the train station and just a short walk to the told town. The breakfast buffett was wonderful. An amazing choice of food and beverage in a beautiful setting. Everything was extremely clean and it felt wonderful. We would definately stay there again. Nice little hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are modern and clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor areas for relaxing. Wismar was a pleasant surprise for a city -- just enough to keep you busy for a day or two.

Good location to visit harbour and city. Free parking. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Excellent price/quality.

I didn't pay big money to stay at Frunds Hotel, and expected an average room and facilities. I was so surprised to find the standard of this Hotel is far better than my expectations, in fact, bordering on luxury. The bedroom was huge with a large very comfortable bed, table and chairs and a writing desk in the room, and beautiful modern furnishings and drapery. Plenty of lighting, and big windows with a nice outlook. The bathroom was spectacular. Beautifully tiled, nice modern vanity and wash basin, good toweling and all the accessories. The shower was out of this world. I've never experienced a shower with heads that shower not only from the top but all that way down the sides of the body at the same time. The public areas and corridors and the reception were also spacious and luxurious. The Breakfast room, not cramped at all but furniture well set out, large windows and a huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling. A great breakfast with so many choices. There is also a comfortable outdoor decking with comfortable furniture one can use at any time. This hotel too is ideally situated in the old part of town, 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 3 or 4 minutes to Wismar's fabulous old town square. The staff are also marvellous. I arrived early in the morning and they made sure my room was prepared first. They also assisted me in so many other ways whilst I was there. This hotel was best value for money with the friendliest staff on the whole of my holiday.

très joli hôtel, joliment restauré aux couleurs pastels, chambres très confortables; situation calme et centrale entre place principale et port; vaste cour arborée avec parking aisé

Tolles restaurierte Hotel, Nähe zur Altstadt und Hafen. Kleiner Innenhof zum Verweilen. Leckeres Frühstück im alten Tanzsaal.

Besonderes Flair, super Lage, schöne große Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet mit sehr nettem Personal.

Leider war im Bad nicht gründlich geputzt.

Unschlagbar für den Preis. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal.Super Zimmer mit wahnsinnig gutem Bett .Sehr ruhig. Alles funktioniert ,keinerlei Beanstandungen. Absolut tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr netter Servicedame.

Sehr sauberes , renoviertes Hotel mit exelenter Lage mitten in Wismar. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage

Ankunft 16 Uhr 15, das Zimmer war nicht bezugsfertig! 30Min. später waren noch Hundehaare im ganzen Zimmer, einschliesslich Bett!!! Das Personal (1 Person für Reinigung der Zimmer und Empfang) war komplett überfordert! Wenn Freundlichkeit mit einem tiefen Ausschnitt gleichzusetzen ist, würde ich 10 Punkte geben, aber so...... Ausserdem sind die Matratzen extrem hart, und die Zimmer lieblos eingerichtet (ich hatte eine Suite gebucht, die Grösse ok, abgewohnte Möbel, eine Suite war das nicht!) Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, die junge Frau war leider auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Fazit: Wismar jederzeit, dieses Hotel nie wieder!!!

Rund um das Hotel Baustelle Nächtlicher Lärm Zufahrt zu den Parkplatzen ist in keiner Informationsbroschüre angegeben. Weiter Weg mit Gepäck zu den Zimmern.

Das Personal in allen Bereichen ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem: ein Hotel, das man gern weiterempfehlen kann.
