Novotel Frankfurt City  

I did not like the proximity of the railway which kept me awake most of the nights that I was in residence.Better glazing required.

The safe did not work. There is no wardrobe.

We were 16 lads on a stag do it is quite a bit far out but the 17 tram runs eevry 10 mins and get you straight in to the city a lot of the hotels at a similar price in the centre looked awful

The guys who serves behind the bar is nothing short of horrible if it hadnt been for him I would have rated staff as excellent

The area is very quite and in the middle of the motorway and amoung bank buildings! No resturants in the area and you will need a cab to get around!

If they give a good price,then it is worth it as the location is quite any a long distance to anywhere even the nearest train station by walking

The hotel is clean and walking distance from the fair ground- Messe Frankfurt.

Booked a Superior Triple Room for 5 nights.Paid Euro 339/night for first 3 nights as this was fair time. The rate was very high and the room was too small for 3 people. 2 very small single beds were combined to make a double bed- really cant call it a double bed. The springy sofa was converted into another bed. There was no place for 3 people to even move in the room. Luggage had to be kept one on top of the other. By no means it was a Superior Triple Room.- I wonder what would be a normal Triple Room. I would like to stay there again but not for Euro 339 for such a small Triple Bed room.

Good location of the hotel, s-bahn and u-bahn station very close, pretty luxurious neighborhood, not in the center but very close to it. Its recomendable to all categories of travellers.

Pretty small rooms.

10-Minute stright shot to the airport, about 10-minute form downtown Frankfurt in car or taix, Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Quit location. I would stay in this Hotel again with no problem.

- Breakfast: very good choice, plenty of fresh food - late breakfast on Sunday, ideal for a lazy Sunday ! - quiet rooms - large rooms (3 persons) - clean hotel - friendly hotel staff, yet discrete

- Only one dutch tv channel (from belgium or holland)

Friendly profissional staff, very clean and well furnished room, good location and they pay attention to the details.

-They room was clean, but there was some dust on the furniture surface - my presentation-CD got stuck inside the computer. The staff helped me getting it again. Next day it got stuck again. The printer was out of dye as well.

I liked the environment of hotel.

I didn't satisfy because of low amount of towels in bathroom.

good staying. near to exibithion center.

Very family friendly, kids were given a 'welcome pack' and they had a kids corner to entertain kids. Staff were excellent, the hotel was very nice.

We only got one bath robe for a double room. Breakfast was perhaps a little expensive and no option to include breakfast in a room rate on Bookings.com. Other than that, the hotel excellent and good value for money.
