Breakfast is very good variety and tasty, you can enjoy German hotel breakfast. Egg was well managed the boiling temperature->you can eat half boiled egg. It takes around 12 Euro to the center by taxi. Sofa bed is very hard. Room should be more clean. Difficult to use the squeeze machine for Orange juice, it should be another machine such as rotation one. |

Room was clean and staff was kind. The hotel was located near to the Frankfurt Messe. Only 10 minutes walk to the fair, and also to nearest S-bahn. |

Hotel is lovely. Decor is very fresh and modern. The room was great value for money was spacious, kettle in room. Loved the room.Hotel staff where very nice and fiendly. Loved frankfurt was lovely city. Has lovely sauna too. Would Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. :) There is not really anything that I did not like, perhaps that it is not as near to everything as one would think but once you get the hang of the tram/U train system it is near all the main attractions and the hotel staff are very helpful in this regard. On the tram it is only 15 mins from main centre but not within walking distance. |

The hotel is very close to the Fair: only 10 minutes walking (nearest hall is n 6) and to the S-bahn stop "Messe" or "West Bahnhof" (S3-4-5-6 from the Main Bahnhof). If you go to Frankfurt for business this hotel could be a good option. Room rates (during the fair period) are absolutely too high compared to the qulity of the hotel and the services offered. Rooms are very basic. |

Only 2min from tramway station (line 17 to central rail station, 8 min). Nice view to some skyscrapers. Rooms are clean, minibar-prices are ok. Breakfast much smaller than in other Novotels. |

Für Besucher der Messe ist das Hotel ideal gelegen und überzeugt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Moderne Zimmer. Angenehmes, sauberes Bad. Der Teppichboden hatte Flecken. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt erst sehr spät (ca. 15 Uhr). |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de kamers waren in orde met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een paar nachten. Enige opmerking is dat de kamers 's nachts nogal droog waren (droge mond tijdens de nacht). Da's misschien normaal met vast tapijt op de vloer maar was soms nogal vervelend (misschien een luchtbevochtiger aanbrengen ???) |
