Accueil parfait, le réceptionniste parlait même français. Chambre propre et très confortable. Le café est très bon au petit déjeuner.

Hôtel assez sombre. Carte du restaurant peu diversifiée et le bar manque d'ambiance, de chaleur..

La climatisation Le sèche cheveux, baignoire... La télé avec un grand choix de chaîne dont en français et le son dans la salle de bains L'appareil pour cirer les chaussures

Looks like good 3-star hotel. Not 4-star. Room very simple. We had problem with locking door & shower-technik. Lobby looks like railway staition - not comfortable! No free wifi internet in lobby! Only 2 computers.

the front desk staff always smiling this would indicates that they are skiled and have good knowlege of customer servics.

I am as arab Family i could not find arabic channel at your TV programme most of the channels were europeon channels and one arabic channel (Aljazeera) but it was in English unfortunitly.

Buidling work was going on limiting servces - ie NO restaurant. The location (for us) was poor as nearby restaurants were a distance. This was partially our fault not resrarchng the area but as it was an over night stop it did not matter Paying for internet seems wrong. Many hotels offfer free internet now. Given the costs of styaing a night I feel that th ehotel shoudloffer free internet acess.

The novotel frankfurt is very clean and comfortable - the location 2.2 km from city center and banhouf also behined the hotel tram station stop number 17 :) it.s so easy to go and back good luck for who choicen this hotel

Very good hotel, with free parking area, very near to U and S lines. Hotel facilities quite new. Staff very helpful.

Big room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom

20 minute walk from Main Station and sights. No Restaurants nearby. Rooom service, menu poor, on arrival with food, was expected to pay with cash instead of adding to room bill. Receptionists didn't know anything about public transport and internet not free. Had to use lobby computer. Breakfast too expensive. Wouldn't reccommend this hotel for anything other than a business trip.

Smell, noisy because of the rail train, and they turn off the air condition.

We were traveling as a family of two adults and three children and all five of us felt that we were catered for by the Novotel in our own way. Firstly, the price for two rooms was really affordable, especially when we could separate parents from kids ... but not too far. Secondly, the rooms themselves were very spacious and enabled us to finally unpack and spread our gear for sorting ... after the tiny apartment we'd had in Hong Kong this was a godsend! Thirdly, the location near Tram 17 was fantastic and allowed us a quick access to the city and Haupbahnhof - there is also a Lidl supermarket just 10 mins walk away and a laundrette only 5 mins in the same direction. Finally, the staff were fabulous and made us feel really welcomed and comfortable, even though we're only stuck with our native English language! Would recommend highly and definitely stay there again. BTW, Frankfurt itself has some hidden gems for tourists,something that caught us by surprise eg.if you've got children then Rebstockbad aquatic centre (just catch the same 17 Tram) is the best.

Bad staff, bad service.

The hotel was very noisy, stink especially when you are at the elevators. We tried to check out from the first night, but we couldn't because we booked it non refundable... I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is very good, the room was great and quiet.

Easy to find and near train station (public transportation) , can accept more than 2 person per room with reasonable price. Special positive remarks for breakfast menu, a++ !!

Food,bar drinks way too expensive , have to pay for wi fi . Stayed for 3 days then left for 2 days ,asked for rates to come back for 3 more days and the rates 1st. Day 79.00 e 2nd day 110.00e , 3 rd day 199.00 e . Way too much for that hotel , 79.00 is the right price for what you get.

Close proximity to the Messe Frankfurt.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The fixture to turn on the shower was broken and fell off when trying to turn the shower on. When showering the water went from moderate temperature to an extremely dangerous heat...I almost burned myself. I had a room with two double beds and they were very small with uncomfortable pillows. The corridor carpets were dirty and looked old and the cleaning product used smelled really bad.

Very professional staff and location near to Messe.
