La posizione legata alla vicinanza delle autostrade ed in una urbanizzazione decisamente moderna. Molto strano che nel periodo natalizio il centro fitness era chiuso per il personale in ferie.

Hotel pulito e ordinato;prenotato con una ottima offerta;posizione a 2 passi dalla fiera. Personale poco disponibile alle nostre richieste;alla hall sono a dir poco freddi e indisponenti;abbiamo preferito cambiare albergo dopo 4 notti per la poca disponibilità dimostrata;la camera si affacciava sui binari dei treni,di notte era un continuo passare e ciò non aiuta di certo il riposo.

Ottima la struttura è ideale per visitare la Fiera (Messe Frankfurt) a piedi circa 500m Ottima la colazione ma purtroppo a pagamento euro 18,00 a persona

Hotel ben posizionato per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria o la fiera. La colazione e' ottima e di qualità oltre che abbondante. Tuttavia solo se inclusa nel prezzo. Le camere triple sono molto spaziose. I prezzi del frigo bar sono eccesivi. Una bottiglietta di aqua naturale Evian costa €4,50.

Walking distance to Frankfurt Messe, the purpose to our trip being to go to Frankfurt motor show. Is very close to a train track (like 20 m), and the rooms are not very well isolated from the train noise. Lucky for us that we were very tired. But for more sensitive persons, I would recommend to ask for a room which doesn't have a window to the tracks.

We were 16 lads on a stag do it is quite a bit far out but the 17 tram runs eevry 10 mins and get you straight in to the city a lot of the hotels at a similar price in the centre looked awful The guys who serves behind the bar is nothing short of horrible if it hadnt been for him I would have rated staff as excellent

Very clean, good variety of food for breakfast and reasonable price. no complaint everything is good, eventhough the location is not so close to the city center but Its close to tram line that can go to anywhere in the city.

The area is very quite and in the middle of the motorway and amoung bank buildings! No resturants in the area and you will need a cab to get around!

Old hotel and personel not friendly restaurant terrible at all senses; expensive, bad food and not friendly waiters. No metro nearby. My suggestion just dont go!

The hotel is clean and walking distance from the fair ground- Messe Frankfurt. Booked a Superior Triple Room for 5 nights.Paid Euro 339/night for first 3 nights as this was fair time. The rate was very high and the room was too small for 3 people. 2 very small single beds were combined to make a double bed- really cant call it a double bed. The springy sofa was converted into another bed. There was no place for 3 people to even move in the room. Luggage had to be kept one on top of the other. By no means it was a Superior Triple Room.- I wonder what would be a normal Triple Room. I would like to stay there again but not for Euro 339 for such a small Triple Bed room.

Good location of the hotel, s-bahn and u-bahn station very close, pretty luxurious neighborhood, not in the center but very close to it. Its recomendable to all categories of travellers. Pretty small rooms.

Big range of tv programmes, clean and calm room. When we arrived to the hotel, it was raining outside. The hotel stuff offered an umbrellas to us. For free :) I liked these things. When I had booked the hotel, it seemed to be very far from city center. But actually it isn'T. From Hauptbahnhof station you must take tram no. 17 and get off in the 7th stop (I thing it was Kuhwaldstrasse stop or something like that). The ride with tram takes no more than 10 minutes. It was acceptable for me. The main things I don't like - late check-in (only from 15:00!!!) and absence of the free internet (yes, for 8 eur you can use the internet, but it is an enormous price for the wireless internet). By the way, I have stayed in many Novotel hotels and only in Frankfurt the internet was payable. Also the sauna was not ready for using it. If you want to use a sauna, you must go to registry at the 1st floor and ask for turning on the sauna. It makes discomfort and I didn't like this way of using sauna.

10-Minute stright shot to the airport, about 10-minute form downtown Frankfurt in car or taix, Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Quit location. I would stay in this Hotel again with no problem.

- Breakfast: very good choice, plenty of fresh food - late breakfast on Sunday, ideal for a lazy Sunday ! - quiet rooms - large rooms (3 persons) - clean hotel - friendly hotel staff, yet discrete - Only one dutch tv channel (from belgium or holland)
